wow, maybe the woman is kind of paying back her husband for something best know 2 her. if am the man she will refund all the money[/quote]Maybe you're right tho' but what could the man have done to deserve such obnoxious and extreme punishment. In my own view, that kind of woman is capable of killing. |
Please read & respond. A man rented a house and moved in with his family. After 2yrs his rent was increased from 400,000 to 500,000, he didn't complain because he likes the house. The following year he could not come up with the money and the agent was on his neck, the wife saw what the husband was passing through and decided to go borrow the money so that the husband will pay back later, the husband was indeed very happy. He paid back the cash when he got it. 2yrs later the house rent was increased to 700,000 and this man became upset. So he begged the agent to introduce him to the landlord so that he could talk with him but the agent bluntly refused. The man decided to do an underground investigation to uncover who the landlord is. The revelation of his investigation really shocked him, the house belongs to his wife. My question is as the man what will the do? And as the woman what will you say to your husband? What will be your reaction? |
“To other politicians especially opposition parties, your role is to serve as watch dogs, correct, assist and most importantly proffer solutions within your capacity to any problem on ground which the ruling government has not been able to solve, this will help upgrade public living rather than spending time antagonising the ruling government without any justification because of power tussle, note that one finger cannot remove lice from the head, a politician thinks about the next election while a statesman thinks about the next generation.“ There is nothing wrong in Nigeria that cannot be corrected with something right in Nigeria This article is not to add my voice as a complaining Nigerian but rather to outline the rationale behind our slow pace in development and also pop out solutions to the menace. to some Nigerians, the country is a failed state, a place where corruption has become a tradition, a place where we have selfish leaders, While to some others Nigeria is a great Nation at her age. For a better analysis on this two contending views and to arrive at a perfect end point, recourse should be made to history. The lingering crisis in Nigeria today such as tribalism, corruption etc all have their roots from history, thus the scenario where our colonial masters exploited and extorted our raw materials which ought to have been used to develop the country was instead used for their own personal gains was an act of corruption, today they call Nigeria a corrupt state, the question is, who taught us? Furthermore, the 1914 amalgamation of Nigeria is also responsible for the tribal crisis rocking our Nation, it was the mistake of lord lugard who portrayed the amalgamation as a marriage between the Northern and Southern part of Nigeria, whereby the North was placed in the position of the groom and the South as the bride. This impression has made the North think they are lords or superior over the South and also causing harm to our political system. The present crisis hitting our political system is as a result of this amalgamation where our Northern brothers deem it a birthright for them to always be at the helm of affairs in our Nation. It was a thing of joy when Nigeria gain her independence in 1960 and became a republic 3 years later but however in july 6th 1967, there began a civil war which lasted until January 15th 1970. The basis of this war was for the disintegration of the South Eastern part of Nigeria known as Biafra from Nigeria. This caused a lot of infrastructural decay in the nation and also have resulted to high level of tribalism. It was recorded also that so many military personnel and civilians died during this war and also lots of properties were destroyed. It is also pertinent to note that Nigeria also had a lot of military juntas in 1966-1979 and 1983-1998. Little applauds must be given to our military regimes because it brought about some level of infrastructural development like building of the vast majority of public universities, stadiums and also created as many states as possible. But faulted as regard human rights and also responsible for d demise of some well meaning Nigerians who if alive would have donated their own quota to nation building. Another issue is that of population, multi ethnicity to mention but a few, it is no news that Nigeria is the most populated nation in Africa, getting enough resources to cater for the needs of the populace has become a problem. More also Nigeria is filled with diverse ethnic groups which has led to our inability to attain Nationhood. Due to the multiplicity of ethnic groups with different languages and customs the constitutional provision of equality has been dented, whereby the majority ethnic groups tend to override on the minority ethnic groups. Amidst all this numerous troubles looming the country from history till date, Nigeria has remained a unified state, though the Nation is not yet able to provide all basic amenities for her populace, but still not the most under developed. When coal, the then backbone of our economy failed us, crude oil came to our rescue, this is to show how blessed the nation is. We cannot be America because we shall be greater than America, for it is little by little a bird builds its nest. An advice to every Nigerian, let’s give less attention to complaining much but rather think a way on how to prosper Nigeria. To our leaders, example is not the main thing in influencing others, it is the only thing, lead right for us to follow right and also learn not to give excuses for any act of failure, for excuses makes one cheap. To other politicians especially opposition parties, your role is to serve as watch dogs, correct, assist and most importantly proffer solutions within your capacity to any problem on ground which the ruling government has not been able to solve, this will help upgrade public living rather than spending time antagonising the ruling government without any justification because of power tussle, note that one finger cannot remove lice from the head, a politician thinks about the next election while a statesman thinks about the next generation. To our union leaders especially ASUU who held the education sector to ransom, I urge you to think of tomorrow or better still consult an ex president of NLC who is now a governor of a state in Nigeria, he did likewise but today he is faced with workers going on strike in his state. To non politicians who criticise politicians and government officials, I also urge you all to come out from your self righteous shells to run for elective positions in Nigeria, for it is said that “the people rejoice when the righteous rule” you cannot criticise what you don’t understand. To religious leaders, always endeavour to preach peace, love and unity and also be agents of social engineering. To the general public, Nigeria can only be built by Nigerians in oneness, we all should think of what we can do for Nigeria and not what Nigeria can do for us, for it is by the strength of their number that the ants in the field are able to carry their prey to the nest. Finally to other Africa nations who continue to look down on us because we are in our trying moment should always remember that Africa remains the centre piece of Nigeria’s foreign policy and we shall always support in peace keeping to mention but a few. To the world at large, Nigeria is a country with intelligent, talented people, with natural and human resources and devoid of natural disaster, this is a true revelation of a blessed Nation. Our Glory days shall come. GOD BLESS THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA!!! |

1. The JJCs every little thing amazes them(the buildings, crowd, cars. Etc) You begin to wonder if it is their first time of going out. 2. The ajebohs they flaunt their wealth in the campus and remind you who their father is at every slightest opportunity. They display their phones; take people out for a treat regularly to impress. Majority of the people in this category got the money via extortion from their parents and everything normally cease after their first year in school. 3. The gurus first to ask and answer questions in the class, suggests taking their mates tutorials and depends in the past glory from their secondary school. If you fall in this category, just pray you don’t meet some silent and low key gurus in your class that will outshine you if you don’t work hard. 4. The womanizers the only thing they think of is how to get the opposite s*x. The guys desperately want to date every girl on campus maybe because of the freedom and access they enjoy. 5. The socialites similar to the womanizers. They want to be everywhere, associate with everybody on campus. You find them in all parties, fellowships, community days and they even forget their main motive of being in the campus. 6. The politicians few weeks after reg and they start vying for post(s). They contest for the class/course rep as if they are the Buhari of the campus. 7. The historians some will always tell you about their family, previous school. The most annoying ones are those that always refer to their age and the number of times they have written jamb. Like who cares!!! 8. The oversabis they claim to know everything going on in the school already as if they have spent 7 years. They try to put people through the reg, knows the names of all the lecturers but you later discover they themselves are naïve. 9. The preachers after resumption theirs is to win as many souls as possible. 10. And the categories of Cool, social, brilliant, handsome/beautiful and well packaged guy/lady Add yours |
That happy moment you got to know a USD is now equivalent to 175.00 Naira...#Dem boiz understand moi better# :d =)) |
The hustle and bustle of becoming a man ain’t an easy job, I must confess! But with God and diligence in fulfilling purpose, we’ll get there. I write this letter to you to point out some things which you ought to know before marriage or as you continue in that relationship. This letter is strictly for men, not boys or players. First concerning how you treat ladies. I know quite alright that ladies are emotional only few are not. Please, don’t take advantage of that and inflict emotional pain on them. If you know she’s not going to be your wife, there’s no point promising her heaven and earth just to get her in bed. If you think you’re smart, your smartness cannot prevent the nemesis or daring consequences that would one day catch up with you. It’s better you avoid the consequences of an action because of its few minutes pleasure than to face its agony and regrets in the near future. What are you doing about your life and future? I know it’s trendy to go clubbing and indulge in all youthful exuberance. See, life doesn’t go on a stretch forever and every time wasted cannot be recovered. If at age 30 or close to it, you haven’t define your life or you’re still depending on friends, family or relatives, you need to work on yourself. Where do you put God in your life? Consider God in the time of your youth before it’s too late. Many of you who turned back on God will someday run back to Him for help. If you cannot dance to the devil’s music, it’s better you start learning God’s steps. Hear this guys, love isn’t s*x! Don’t tell a lady to prove her love to you because you want to have a ‘taste’ of her. I know everyone is going haywire with premarital s*x but you can choose to abstain. Apart from it being sin against God, it will make you vulnerable to STDs and some problems ‘rubber’ cannot prevent. It doesn’t matter if she calls you names if you choose to abstain, or you become an object of mockery amongst your friends, run for your dear life. Think about your future and life hereafter. Don’t give your strength to strange women, preserve it for your wife. Have you discovered your purpose in life? That very reason why God has created you? Jumping from one lady to another without discovering your purpose on earth will make you miserable and waste away in life. Know your purpose in life and be on track to attain it’s fulfillment before you think of going into a relationship. It’s not difficult, it would only prevent you from distraction. Watch the company of friends you keep. Are they contributing positively to your life or they are emptying you of virtues and opportunities? It’s not a must you hang out with friends if you do not benefit from them. You can stand alone with God and make lasting impact than to keep dozens of friends with no footprints in the sand of time. Man up guys! Build your financial, spiritual, mental and emotional life. Only a crazy man beats a woman even if she pushed you to the wall. There is a button of patience to press to control your anger. Work on your mental development. Read good books to acquire knowledge and skill. Get intimate with God so that your wife wouldn’t become a victim of false prophets or you become a spiritual babe in handling matters of life at the homefront. My guy, you’re going to be a father someday. Don’t do the things you wouldn’t be proud of your son to emulate or would want anyone to do to your daughter. If you wouldn’t want to leave a bad legacy for your unborn children, don’t tread the path now. I’d have love to tell you more but I believe you know the importance of life and time and I’m constrained due to space. Don’t waste away chasing every Tom, d**k and Harry for s*x. Conserve your energies and channel it into a more productive cause in life. I hope the few wise ones would treasure this letter, share it or send it to a friend. Thank you for your anticipated response as you make amends in areas where necessary. #Caslord greets y'all#. |
