Reason why i stopped selling mtn data,dey all come to my whatsapp asking me for data,i tell dem i am busy,dey tell me to send Account number,let dem credit,if dey dont get data on 30mins,dey wud start writing all over nairaland dey av bin scammed,

That's why you buy from like 2 sellers, honestly the money to pay for just a tampered glass protector plus shipping reach to buy like 3 with China small packet, and shipping time these days na mostly same.

That's if your lucky...I ordered mine from two different sellers on May 1st..haven't seen d second til now......(tampered glass and cover)

Pls I need help oo. Can't seem to open a dispute on my aliexpress. Order a cover since 1st of May...haven't seen it till date. When I tap on open dispute...it takes me to refund only and then 2nd step...did you receive your goods.....once I say no...it takes me to view logistic information and when I tap on it...it takes me to my tracking (which is not track able...china small pockets blah blah bla). Today makes it 60 days and the seller extended the protection to another 40 days!!! Should I try another phone.....using an iPad

Hi JideSM...how can one check chats on mtn care line...I just spoke with one Fola now...and boy ...he was rude...needed him to check my bundle balance because I use an iPad Air...he asked me all sorts of questions...and when I couldn't remember the year I got the line.he rudely told me he can't help....I mean just to check my data bundle....I then asked to speak to a supervisor...he declined. The only reason I am writing this cos I didn't get his last name....what on earth is he doing in customer care...I just spoke to him about 20 minutes ago.. cheers
