Pavore9:
There must be a purposed effort towards re-forestation, not leaving it to the whims of the locals. Let us be realistic, re-forestation is not in the DNA of the average Nigerian, we consume and ignore replenishing. l shuddered when l saw some empty-minded folks in a community in the North where desertification is already an issue, were cutting the little trees they had to produce charcoal! shocked shocked shocked
lolzz... cheesy cheesy.. its true an average Nigerian is not concerned about his environment but i think if the Nigerian entrepreneur is enlightened and sees the pressing need for re-forestation, then there will be little or no problem
Health6 Ways Sex Will Foster Fast Weight Loss by castruccio(op): 3:00pm On Jul 10, 2015
Source: http://fastweightlosshub.com/index.php/2015/07/10/6-ways-sex-will-foster-fast-weight-loss/

Experts reveals that good and active sex is what our body wants, the body system wants us to be physical rather than be dormant for a long period of time.

So if you want to lose weight fast, there is the tendency that you and your partner should be involved in good and active sex from forty – five minutes to one hour. This is because the longer the sex activity, the more calories you burn.

You may ask, how possible is it for me to last that long? This is where fore play should come in before the main sex activity, as it will burn lots of calories that will foster fast weight loss. Below are 6 exclusive ways sex will foster fast weight loss;

1. Active sex can make you slim and keep you that way Modest weight loss can boost a guy’s testosterone levels-

For women, trimming excess weight can enhance arousal, orgasms, and overall satisfaction. How can this keep you slim and trim?

You have may have heard (or know from experience) that maintaining a new, healthier weight is tougher than losing the pounds in the first place.

If you keep this big but rarely noted bedroom benefit in mind the next time you’re tempted to skip your morning walk or order for some calories filled foods, you’ll not only keep on fitting into those skinny jeans, you’ll also have even more fun when you take them off.

2. Regular Sex enhances fast weight loss-

How? By helping you sleep like a baby. Skimping on sleep — whether you’re catching up on work or just tossing and turning — undercuts your body’s ability to shed fat, even if you’re dieting!

Indulging in active sex before you say goodnight also releases Oxycontin, the cuddle hormone that helps regulate slumber, too.

That is good news for weight loss, because getting enough sleep can quickly increase the amount of fat you lose while dieting, according to one government study.

3. Sex can keep your diet on track-

It is said that sex promotes self esteem boost which in turn improves your body image. What better proof of how appealing you are than an appreciative lover and a mutually satisfying romp!

Not only does sex improve your body image, but a better body image improves your sex life, too. Women who like themselves physically dive into more and better sex, regardless of the number on the bathroom scale.

And when you do that, your appreciation for your body may spill over into healthier eating habits and a stronger commitment to exercise. Just remember, you don’t need curves or sixpack abs to feel good about the way you look, with clothes or without.

Focus on how good you and your partner can make each other feel and you might be surprised at how much healthier you start looking. Its pure psychology

4. Sex blasts calories-

Instead of burning a measly 70 calories per hour lying in bed together watching movies, invest in some highly enjoyable exercise.

A mere 45 minutes of sex — we’re figuring 20 minutes of pre-intimacy, 15 minutes for the main event — burns 88 calories if you’re a 150-pound woman, 106 calories for a 180-pound guy.

Trying out a fun new position that feels like an adults-only game of Twister will boost the burn rate a little. And going for a second round will, too. Arriving at the Big O gets your heart pounding as much as bounding up a tall flight of stairs.

5. Regular sex can help keep levels of cortisol, the high-anxiety hormone, in check-

That’s good news, because too much cortisol boosts your appetite for high-fat, high-carb goodies and tells your body to store the extra calories around your midsection.

Intercourse, specifically, also calms your blood pressure, even when everything around you is going haywire. You remain serene instead of being possessed by an unstoppable craving for Twinkies. This stress killer can translate into a slimmer midsection.

6. Regular Sex increase Level of Fitness-

As physical activity contributes to fitness; sex is no different. Through sex you will increase cardiovascular fitness. Depending on your positions and routine, you could also build muscle from frequent sex. Haran states that sex improves cardiovascular fitness and mental health, while mental health and cardiovascular fitness improves the quality of your sex life. Increasing fitness and muscle strength makes your body burn more calories, which in turn makes you lose weight fast.

l am a conservationist, so l will pass on this. What are the re-forestation plans of communities where these charcoals are being produced?
When trees are cut down, they tend to grow back in due time, let us say less than ten years, so the entrepreneur will go for trees that are more than fifty years, the villagers will tell the entrepreneur about them.

Secondly, as part of giving back to the society, trees can be planted in the said forest by the entrepreneur once he establishes him/her self

BusinessHow To Start The Production Of Charcoal by castruccio(op): 1:54pm On Jul 10, 2015
Source: http://biznessbuildup.com/how-to-start-the-production-of-charcoal/

Apart from the local consumption of charcoal, the international community is in dire need of charcoal so much that they (foreigners), do come to Nigeria in search of this commodity.

Guess what? There is still a huge need for this commodity because just like food, it is being consumed. Another fact that you should know is that, charcoal production is not difficult to start at all. So far you are ready to work, you are good to go.

What is involve in this business of charcoal production?

Acquisition of trees-

In the business of charcoal production, you will need trees to be cut down and burnt to produce the charcoal, how do you this?

All you have to do is to go into the rural areas in Nigeria, approach the village heads by introducing yourself and inform them on your mission to acquire trees in their forest, (yes, you will not just enter someone village and start cutting their trees) .

One good thing is that, most of these villagers are even ready to give you their trees free or at a very little price. they will even labourers who will cut down the trees and burn them.

Bagging, Marketing Exportation-

After you burning and chopping off the burnt trees into reasonable sizes, you will need to bag them, move them to your own space, from where you can start marketing them to local buyers and exporters. For your marketing tips, please make use of the internet to advertise or the mass media (newspaper).

Things You Should Take Note of-

1. Your charcoal should not be too small, it is preferable you cut them in big sizes.

2. Your target market should be the international market, this is where you will make it big

3. It is not a dirty business, as you will just supervise labourers to do the work for you.

4. You also need packaging and branding of this business so buyers will attribute a very high value for your product.

5. Register with the corporate Affairs Commission either as an enterprise/venture, Limited liability company.

I am in support of your write up But I want us to look it from another angle.

I am not in support of a young hustling guy spending lavishly on a Lady he is yet to marry but that doesn't mean he should not fall in love.(he should apply sense)

If he finally forget about ladies, chase his dream and later succeed, how will he find true love ? (no be our girls of nowadays? Ferrari things grin)

What if the guy is not destined to be rich? I am sure he will still settle down with one (though she might not be his dream girl)

We have few ladies who don't care if a guy is rich or poor, all they want is true love (bros I still dey find them o grin)
Haba Agarawu !!! shocked who tell you say person no de destined to be rich? everyone is, if one work hard and smart at it he will be rich cool

Be patient while you read this...

If you are a young and ambitious dude still struggling to get to the top, this write-up will save you the stress and pains of the so-called love we have been deceived about for long!

If you still think that there's what is called 'true love' or 'love without money or resources', then you must be living in a fool's paradise!!!cool (Quote me if you like!)

The truth of the matter is that what people in the past enjoyed as 'true love' no longer exist. Then it was possible for a man and a woman to fall in love based on personal qualities or characters without materialism attached to it! Those were the good old days! Our society has changed and any one who still lives in the past is not better than the village idiot!!!

I have heard people saying often times that love or relationship is not all about money! To me, that's the highest level of trash and rubbish! If you are a young man with ambition, still striving and toiling to make it, you better forget about love and concentrate full-time...I mean 100% on your dreams and life.
It is so frustrating to see some struggling dudes killing themselves over love issues! What a life! Why spend the meagre salary you earn after working for 30 days like a donkey on a girl? huh She tells you she needs a phone, you struggle to buy it! She says she needs money for hair, you struggle to give her! She tells you she needs to get a nice bag or pair of shoes she saw at a boutique, you struggle to give her! Be rest assured that you will continue to struggle endlessly in your life if you don't desist from such shameful and wasteful act! If you want to know the extent to which materialism has eaten into this so-called love, watch even the younger girls of today! Even those that are below 21 or 22 will quickly run away from you if you can't be giving her upkeep money, money for hair and phone, etc wink The mature ones? huh If you don't live comfortably well, sorry, you are on your own!!! Except for those village girls that are not exposed...but seriously, not in the cities of Nigeria.

Before you criticize me on the fact that these women need to live a comfortable life by hanging out with only comfortable dudes, read the topic again! It is surely the same reason why I said young struggling men should forget about love and focus on their lives!!! When you are comfortable, you can have the resources to sustain your relationship because no matter how a woman 'loves' you, the 'love' must surely die if there's no finance to sustain it!

Adams Oshiomole (not handsome) just got married to pretty Lara Forte! Do you think she didn't see all the tall handsome dudes with six-packs before tying the knot with the governor? huh

Goodevening everyone!
Rapmoney na true you talk you spoke my mind but at the same time I think one can still "stand in love" (not fall oo!!) with sense by differentiating the arm robber motors from the average gals out there so as not to enter one chance after you don hama cheesy cheesy cheesy cool
