LONDON (Thomson Reuters Foundation) - Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie is to join the London School of Economics (LSE) as a visiting professor on a new masters course on women, peace and security, the school announced on Monday.

The LSE said the course, which starts next year, is the first of its kind globally and will be run by the LSE Centre for Women, Peace and Security which was launched last year by Jolie and Britain's former foreign secretary, William Hague.

"It is vital that we broaden the discussion on how to advance women's rights and end impunity for crimes that disproportionately affect women, such as sexual violence in conflict," Jolie, a special envoy for the U.N. refugee agency (UNHCR), said in a statement.

"I am looking forward to teaching and to learning from the students, as well as to sharing my own experiences of working alongside governments and the United Nations."

Hague will also be joining LSE as a visiting professor.

The Oscar-winning actress and Hague have become an unlikely double-act on campaigning to end sexual violence against women in conflict.

The partnership was sparked by Jolie's 2011 directorial debut "In the Land of Blood and Honey" that was set against the backdrop of the 1992-95 Bosnian war in which an estimated 20,000 women were believed to have been raped.

The pair co-founded the Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict Initiative in 2012 to rally global action on such crimes, increase the numbers of perpetrators brought to justice and ensure better support for survivors.

They co-hosted the first global conference on the issue in London in 2014.

Hague said the new course would help underpin their work by developing research to help tackle the culture of impunity.

I don't even need the payment anymore (besides, he openly said he's forfeiting this design too, (no go forfeit your birth-right join o).

THIS is how I operate, I don't take S.HIT (because I detest BULLIES, and DEAL with them Accordingly).... That's the only WAY to bring them back to their RIGHT SENSES.

If any client refuses to pay me, I will render that design Unusable for them. Humans should act like humans, and not ANIMALS. No be everybody fit COUNT HIM LOSSES when person cheat am.

@Lightheart, thank you sir... But, from my SCREENSHOTS above, I hope you saw that I kindly asked for my payment before starting the previous design.... I only designed the school badge without prior payment because, I was dreading hearing another Cash is Tight from him.

That's why I asked for the payment after I was done designing.

NO OP, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM WITH NIGERIA!!! COME AND PAY ME MY N1500. SHAME NO DEY CATCH YOU... "Cash is Tight".

You sent me the final edit, i approved and promised to pay up as soon possible.
You promised to send me the final delivery of multiple sizes as soon as possible as well.

You sent me ur act details March 28 at 12:11

March 29 at 17;54, you send me a message sayin

"Chairman, i don't understand the kind of business you think i'm running.
Why don't you want to make payment even when i'm done with the design?
In short, dont contact me next time for any job.
i'm going to concentrate on only foreign clients now....good day"

This got me thinking, what's wrong with this guy? Is he INSANE? Being rude cuz of a 24hr delay on N1500? N1500?

ATTITUDE MY BLACK A.SS! The reason I even knew you weren't going to pay, was the last design I did before this badge. You know my policy is PAY before service, I asked for payment, and YOU were busy telling me 'CASH IS TIGHT' - Now, that's a classic CHARACTERISTICS of a HOOD-RAT. How do you expect me to design something for you without payment?

Telling me CASH IS TIGHT, without at least, telling me when to expect the payment (delayed payment), was the first RED-FLAG I had about your HOOD-RATISM...

Everyone, if you notice in MY SCREENSHOT below, he kept quiet after I asked him when I should expect the payment, HE KEPT QUIET FOR A WEEK!!! ... Next thing you know, he contacts me to design the MILBEN badge.


True to my caution, he didn't respond well when I also asked for payment for the badge (even after finishing the design and sending the preview to him) - The basta.rd is claiming I didn't send the final email delivery to him.

After forfeiting your previous design because 'CASH IS TIGHT', how do you expect me to trust you again, I have sent you the Preview copy (Without watermark), and you were pleased with it... Why didn't you send me the payment as you promised?
