maybe it is happening to those of us that suppose to use the new link but used old one. My fear now is multiple submission even if the new link later work.

I got this too but the next page was a timeout page. I login again now and I can see start exam, again.

Just finished the test now. It showed this page. While waiting for the next action because I didn't click the OK bottom. It brought out time out page.

Submit e-mandate through your bank.
Send a follow up email after a week or put a call across to them. I did this and my DANGSUGAR dividend was paid within 3 weeks of submission of e-mandate

See the reply I got from Veritas. From this I believe the mandate I sent earlier was processed but I don't still understand why my dividend wasn't paid and why I am told to supply a new Access Bank account number. The one I submitted earlier wasnt old. If I the CHANGE OF MANDATE form will my dividend be paid?

Ok maybe I should hold on for Meristem because I don't know who is at fault.

Good evening house. How can I get fast response from Veritas Registrar? I did not receive the recently paid dividend from Zenith Bank. I submitted e-dividend mandate to them around September 2022 through Meristem securities and I think It was not adequately processed. I have contacted Meristem and I am yet to be updated about the complaint.
