And get it straight bro.....the problem are not the students but the educational system.....
It's just as if u are giving a passionate and zealous farmers a crude tools to carry out a commercial farm system....
Most Nigerians students are intelligent and brilliant...but the poor educational system cramped most of us......

You may eat a lot in your teens but have u considered ur energy expenditure? When ur consumption is equal your energy expenditure it is a state of energy balance and u cant gain weight. U may think eating fufu gives you more calories than a diet high in fat like chocolate but its not true, the moisture content carries the higher percentage in fufu while chocolate is energy dense. In all obesity may not be correctly judged by mere visual appraisal until the person evaluate his/her BMI (Body Mass Index).
