My car ac blower trips off everytime I enter gallops or any rough road, and after some minutes it come up again , at any slight rough road the AC blower trips off and when it does the compressor also stops and picks when it start blowing again. Is the AC blower faulty?

if you know people in Lagos just tell them you rear cows, infacf they will be the one to come to buy yourself not you going to them.. Also if you have someone selling meat, just tell him you rear cows he all pass the information to his colleagues who will later be your customer if your price is fair. Even how hard the country is, people still do wedding, naming and all that who buy cows.....
I don't know how far ilesa is to Lagos, but that should never be your problem... Even if you include the transportation, you will see it will steal be cheaper then the one in Lagos.... But don't forget to rear goat too... Mostly those Western Africa dawf goat, they are mostly good for pepper soup and they sell well on Lagos, so if you are moving a cow to Lagos, you can add like 2goats too which am sure they will buy.. Don't even move your cow to Lagos if they haven't pay for it. In Ilorin buyers come for themself and if I see buyer in Lagos, I send my brother to them whom they will pay to before I move the cow to Lagos.. You can sell cow anywhere even in ilesa, just tell people or friend that you rear cow, they all be the one to refer buyer to you.

okay, thank you so much. Concerning the goat. i may add 4 females and one Male(Sokoto red). Is this a good combination? The reason i want the male to be sokoto red is so that the offspring will be bigger.
Also, assuming i want to do this thing fulltime, Will i be able to pay my bills?

female cows no dey allow any bulls(male) go clamb them anyhow like we men oo. in fact they have specific preference.... If you have the money just buy like 10 calf... Let say 6male, 4female so you can sell from the male in case you need funds. Yes, you can get a good calf at 200k, in fact you can resell after 6months if they feed well. They eat natural pasture. They eat cassava peal, you can get cassava peel from those people doing garri, they feed on soya beans shave, they est water melon too. Feeding them can never be an issue, you can buy cassava peal from garri mill or those doing garri. They can graze themself if you have a big land you fence.

In fact you can give them injection yourself without issue.... All cows does eat eat eat, there are also injection that make them big on time. I attach a picture of someone who rear cow from his backyard, you can see two calf outside, whole the big one are inside the enclosed.

Do you think I should buy a female calf and male calf so that they keep producing for me instead of having to buy new calf Everytime that I want to restock after selling?. Also can cow eat natural pasture? Let's say that I don't wish to buy food from the North. Can I budget for a calf between 150k-200k ?

you don't need training or such on them. Just get someone who is into cattler rearing and learn one or two things from. You can handle everything yourself (feeding,drug and injection) if you have time for them, but if you can't have time for them employ a caretaker and write down written agreement with him, just see the caretaker as your family I all take your herd serious. Is very important to share calf with him if they give birth, as I said the second calf from a herd should go to the caretaker. If you want to go commercial with the farm, you will need to register it but I don't think is important, but having your farm profile will help you to take loan from Bank of agriculture and even get some help from government in some case. You don't need to start big on this, if you have space in your backyard you can start front there, you can start with 2 or 3 calf, once one is mature sale it, remove your profit you all still have cash to buy 2 calf from the one you sold.. Also note please start with 2 or 3 calf so they can eat together and less expensive on feed

I base in Ilorin, my sibling are base in Lagos. We plan to buy those livestock from the north because they are cheap, we rear them in Ilorin and move them to Lagos for sell once they are mature in 6months.. I have an uncle in Ilorin who have almost 200 cows in his farm. Is not a most you take care of them yourself, you can hire a caretaker, take care of the caretaker as your own person and see how he all take care of your herds... Some farms make agreement with the caretaker that the 2nd calf from a herd will be his.... Doing that will make him more comitted to the job. There is money in livestock rearing.. You can get a calf from the north for 150k, rear it for 6month and sell 500k or more depending on how you feed it. Also try include goat, Lagos is a big market for goat meat.

Relocate permanently but you can be going and coming if you wish depends on where your farm is. We have a lot of lagosians working in the farm far away they use 3 months in the farm 2 months in Lagos

what of electricity and security? what happens when they go back to Lagos, how is the farm mantained ?

You can't get plot of land there.... Me and my sibling wen do livestock rearing, we don run back Ilorin go buy 300k per plot land, we all move livestock to lagos to resell.

How do you do this? Who takes care of the livestock left back home when you are in Lagos?

I moved from Lagos to Ondo for cocoa farming, everything went well but the bad part is drinking gutter water at farm. I was forming Lagos boy for the first 3 months buying pure water Omo nobody tell me after 9 month to drink the dirty water

The farming experience I won't forget...


Planted 3 acres of maize in Ghana. Crop was almost ready for harvest. Fulani herdsmen went there with their cattle to finish everything. Didn't get one grain of corn there.


Another experience was animal farming... bought layers and fed them till 8 months. Those girls didn't drop a single egg. Layers that would usually lay eggs between 4 to 5 months.

Had to be begging aboki upadan to buy about 5k birds not even as old layers. Big loss.


Many pleasant experiences too...not only negatives. But these ones I won't forget!

I dey enjoy am boss. I no go lie. The way the thing dey accelerate. Dey carry me go where I no know. Even d first time I started learning how to drive it fear enter my body but the fear is gradually going away cause I dey rev am atimes for free way.

Truly it works fine on normal Nigeria standard. Haven't drove before. So don't know whether there's something more perfect than the current state. My friend who uses a c300 had drove it several times & he didn't complain on the performance or anything. But looking at the thread; I believe is all about perfectionism..noticing the small details before it turns out to bigger problems later.

So this afternoon I went for a drive, and tested the oil level with the dipstick after the engine was idle for like 20 minutes because the weather was hot the level of the oil surpassed the Max level on the dipstick as opposed to the previous reading I shared earlier that it was a little below the Max level. Which means engine temp and weather affects the reading. I did some Google and some MB experts from some forums said, if there's more than the required oil the oil sensor could trigger the 'check oil level' that pops up sometimes on the dashboard. And they said to get the correct dipstick reading, you will run the engine and wait like 15 to 20 minutes which I did.

So my hypothesis is probably the oil level is much than the required, which means I may contact a mechanic to reduce it and see.

We almost share the same sentiment too..I like to.emsure that things are perfect especially with cars so as to avoid stories later,but some times I just look away and come back to it when I have funds. I also like the fact that you are googling and watching videos it will help you a lot in enjoying the car and know what to tell your mechanic to fix. I like the fact that you are enjoying the car, if you want to know why Benz is in a class of its own,go and drive another brand like Toyota or even Lexus then you will run back to your car 🤣.

Have been also making research on this thread and via Google. I think I have to service the transmission oil as well because the gear selector isn't smooth not that it doesn't shift but I observed from other videos that it has to be smooth like butter. And I noticed like when I select gear sometimes there's some slight noise maybe from the transmission like not smooth. Other times I don't notice any noise. It's possible it could be the ATS fluid since maybe since the vehicle was manufactured the transmission oil hasn't been changed. Just hypothesis. I'm yet to give the MB to a mechanic yet. Although I spoke to one of recent. I want to be knowledgeable at least, before the mechanic make a very small problem to a big one.

For the coolant. I saw a post on around page 100 (moniker, TRAC) that someone in this thread said, any coolant with HOAT, can be used for Benz w203, but to avoid the ones with silicate etc. And I Google Abro Red combo, I saw it's HOAT made.

For the oil, I checked the thread as well but all full of argument...some said 0w 40 that was recommended for Benz since Nigeria weather doesn't start at 0 etc that 10w 40 is better etc 20W 50 isn't synthetic and recommended for old models etc Im just confused, although patiently reading the thread. I just want to do the right thing. But I know an experienced MB would know what's best because sometimes it seems the verdict is unique and based on the country and weather.

What I noticed once I rev the engine, when temperature is 80c, sometimes it shows 'oil change in dashboard', don't know whether is as a result of the 20w50 ..or false readings of oil sensors as it's isn't the manufacturer's recommended and the dipstick shows oil is still in gauge or just oil sensors is faulty.

Should I be consigned, or just ignore?

Engine is between 500k to 800k. But if you are buying around 500k it will be borale (meaning no AC compressor and some other things attached) just engine only. But want I want to do is swap the engine. The mechanic said that I should not use Mobil 1 again that if I don't use the car often the oil will dry up,that was what happened in my own case. The oil we bought now is Mobil XHP 45k for two(8 liters). We must be changing it every month according to what he said. This is just for w211 engine o
