Most important thing is your budget for the laptop. Then within your budget range you can get something that fits your needs.
For example 150-200k budget should be able to get you something that'll struggle to perform some of those tasks you mentioned like gaming (depending on the game) and video editing (depending on how intense and the apps you settle for).

250-300k will get you something decent and adequate for the tasks I mentioned above.
