Good afternoon nairalanders. I’m back again
I applied for my dependant’s visa, I want to upload the documents for the tls appointment, but tls contact is showing ‘this token has been taken’
This takes me out of the original page as if I’m just about to apply.
What can I do please?
This is frustrating. |

will do that. thanks wallg123: Good stuff.. so apply for Barclays credit card since you already bank with them. I did the same thing those days when I was a student and I’ve still got the card up until now. Apply online it’s easy and straightforward .... all the best |

Thanks for your response. I arrived here in January, 2020 Can I still check these two out beryour: Largely depends on the time you have spent here and records.
You could start up with Aqua or Capital one then build from there. |

Good morning the whole house and well done for the good job you are doing here.
I need guidance please.
I’m a nurse and I moved to the UK January this year.
I’ve passed my OSCE and planning to bring my family members after the pandemic.
I wish to bring my husband and two children (both are below 18years)
I want to know what steps to take and the cost implication for the three (3) of them.
I’m planning against August so the kids can resume school by September (all things being equal)
Thank you very much |

dguyindcorner: Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I have a couple of questions I will like you to help shed more light:
1. how long does it takes if you would like your family to join after passing the osce exam, what are the processes involved?
2. Any disadvantage of using agent?
Thanking you... 1) I got to the UK late last month, but the people I met here passed their osce last week and they v started the process of bringing their family over. They said it will take 2-3months once the money is available. 2) There is no disadvantage at all. Infact, it’s better to use an agent because you don’t have anything to lose. Just be careful of the agent to use. Hope these help |

EbonyCy: I'm 32years old and I want to go for nursing but my fear is age....after graduating do I stand a chance to be employed? should I go for school of nursing or university? which will be more flexible since I have a little job that I'm managing? Pls I need advice? At 32, age shouldn’t be an issue if you can cope. There are many opportunities for nurses within and outside Nigeria, so I don’t think getting a job will be an issue. Nursing school runs a marathon program, if you are not in the class, you are in the hospital. As for university, the first 2 years can be busy as well, but the remaining 3 years are less busy. Hope my explanation helps |

Stewart883: Very nice thread. My wife(we married 6 months ago) just relocated to the USA(all expenses paid for including visa and tickets by a hospital in Michigan) . She was a nurse here in Nigeria for 3 years.. All the processes she went through is quite similar to the op.... Congratulations @op Thanks so much and congratulations to your wife. US pays more, though more expensive and slower to process. You should go and join her soon. |

Yemisih: Congratulations sis pls wld u mind sharing d agent u used nd IELTS UKVi is no longer nided,u can do d standard IELTS which is around 75k. Thanks so much. I used ‘neoprofessionals’ Nurses don’t need UKVI again, which is a good thing. You can do that of 75k or even the one of IDP of 68k. Now easier. |

chukxy: Congrats on your success. With respect to CBT exams, which center did you use? Can someone prepare for this exam in 2 weeks and pass it? Could you please recommend the materials you used for the preparation of the exam? From your experience about this exam, can you recommend some tips to be successful. Many thanks in anticipation. Thanks so much. The preparation time depends on you. I prepared for 3 days. Some people prepared for weeks, some months. The truth is the exam is very easy to pass. They usually repeat questions. I saw exactly what I read. The materials are online. If you can’t get them, you can mail me, I shall forward them to you. |
