Well, i know nobody in person with a score more than 82, my prediction was from my perception and sensitivity. Anyway, if you followed me well, I have said many high scorers may not make the list. quote me

You scored 82 right? so it is right to say you are part of the high scoring candidates. would it be fair to you if you weren't selected? I guess No. you are not God neither are you julius okojie so don't speak with much negativity. The best we could do is to encourage ourselves and be hopeful. Besides no matter the score be it 50, 60,70 or 90 if God says its yours it would definitely be. Not securing pressid is not the end of the world there are other scholarships out there the key to it is the right information. Most of my mates that graduated same year with me are in top companies working others are in top schools in the world with full paid scholarship and of course they dint go with pressid so whats all this fuss about. i think the essence of this thread is gradually been defeated with the constant diatribes and aspersions on fellow scholars. you guys should also look out for Erasmus Mundus scholarship. It is a very prestigious scholarship offered by the European Union. most deadlines are between december-january. If you find a course in your interests apply ASAP. All the best folks

I have books. I would be glad to forward them to you. With those you should do fine in the exams. As per Ph I would check again but I am 100 % sure of lagos and Abuja. Recently firstlogic( well known gre testing center) opened a new center in Ph. I would get back to you

It's so expensive in the state I'm in; 139k n 92k respectively. Pls anyone with this info should Share...in the mean time, time to study. Gods favour to us all.

Hi favour. which state are you resident in? I find the figures you listed amusing. Dont let anyone cheat you. You can register for the GRE and TOEFL yourself. I personally used my GTB master card to register. You would have the liberty to choose which state( lagos, abuja, Ph etc ) you would want to write but that would be dependent on the availability of spaces. It is about 185 dollars roughly about 30k each

Names have been shortlisted. Check today's punch newspaper. I think about 940 were shortlisted if I remember clearly. Aptitude test is on December 8. Good luck people

The person you are talking about graduated from geophysics in 2009. He was even the best graduating student that year. He won a scholarship from shell to study for his masters in one of the best schools in Europe. The person i am talking about finished 2005.

ps: I know both of them and I finished with a first class too from FUTA.

He is actually right. What i am not sure of is if the said person is his brother.Geology department in Futa produced a first class in 2005. I would have mentioned his full name so that you could confirm from any source or LinkedIn. Get your facts right

Hello. please for those that were invited for seplat assessment did the mail come from HCP on behalf of seplat or directly from seplatrecruitment.com. Did anyone also get a mail requesting for name, date of birth, state, institution and class of degree?

Lets hope we are contacted before this year runs out. Even at that I doubt successful ones might resume this year. Anybody with useful information as regards the GTP test should please share with us.
