My System is 32bit I think the game is 64bit

You need to check the system requirements of the game and be sure your system meets it before installing.
If your system is 32bit and the game requires a 64bit, then it won't work unless they have a 32bit version you can download.

Note: If your system is 64bit but you installed 32bit operating system, then you have to install 64bit OS for the 64bit version of the game to work on your system.

My only question is "when will black women learn to wear their natural hair and leave the ugly fake hair/wig/extensions alone"?

Are you sure you don't have a virus that corrupt exe files in your system?
Open the zip/rar file with winrar without extracting it and see if the exe file is inside.
