with regards to uk visa
u must mention/write down the previous refusal (s)
and why and d ref number (i think)
i think there is a space on every visa form about
details of previous passports/refusals/deportation,etc

if u don't write it there, dey will find out anyways
new passport or not as long as it is d same details
and dey have/take ur fingerprint every time anyone applies 4 a visitor visa

doing this does not mean u will be refused again
or granted a visa

i applied 4 my immediate younger bro 7 times before he
was granted a visa to the uk
i applied 4 all my other siblings once or 2x n dey were given a uk visa
everybody's luck aint d same

at 1st i kept telling him 2 change his details n do a new
passport (u can't do that anymore because of d fingerprint thingy these days) every
time he was refused but after a while i told him 2 use d same passport

he was refused 2x on d same/last passport but given d 3rd time he applied wit
d same passport

as a failed asylum seeker who stayed in d uk for some
years illegally/after asylum refusal and

whereby IOM paid 4 everything (trip bk home) including
giving some money out to individuals to set up
a business in Nigeria/whichever country
can we apply to visit d uk or apply 4 a settlement visa
as someone who is marrying an EU citizen who is living in d uk?

or does d ban of 1, 5 or 10 years apply to such individuals?
