Hmmmmm....U mean failing Medicals?....well I've not heard of such, to my knowledge.
When to expect offer letter is totally the decision of the HR. Just know it's gonna be after medicals and before resumption.

Guys, don't be scared about the Medicals....it's normal to be scared of little things like fever, malaria, high temp or bp......just take your mind off it, else you'll be giving urself unnecessary worry. If you've reached this stage, it means you are needed, see it that way and relax. Just prepare for resumption....sikena

Oga SegunMike pls is it true dat one wldnt b allowed to sit for ican or Acca until after 18months? Also if I av registered for nov diet will I still allowed to sit for it?

Well,if you read through previous threads carefully,there are those who did their test,AC and PI within three weeks and also those who got their letter on the day of resumption.,everyone that is still in the process till now still has a chance come September. No one should resign their fate till next year when kpmg hasn't spoken.

Being so assertive in assumptions isn't too good.
KPMG selects the best of the bests. You'll be surprised that out of those even yet to write their test, some MAY still be selected. At this period of final selections, it's about being OUTSTANDING.
AC & P.I are still being conducted(more frequently).
So if you're yet to get a mail after your P.I, pray & believe.
If you are yet to undergo test, AC or P.I, put in your VERY BEST, you could outshine those who have already done b4 you.
This process is simply : SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST. And of course, God's Favor.

Note: KPMG takes in GT all through the year depending on need. September is just the MAJOR intake time.

I bliv Kpmg is a structured n well organised place, dey no d number they nid for each dept n if dey av sent medical mails to dose in audit dey already no d number dey nid n av selected dose they nid already for sept. Those whose test r next week cannot get into Kpmg september, theirs will b next yr.

Those in audit who r yet to get success mails on their PI shld forget abt kpmg this year and wait for next year. This is just the sincere truth

The mail I was sent read "you will be contacted sometime in August..." and the August was bolded, so, there's a possibility of not getting the medical mail this month.

By the way, my own issue pass resigning. Lol

I hope we will collect our offer letters in d ist week of August. I want to give them 3 weeks notice at work.

The mail for medicals will be comin in any time from 21st July and the date for collection of letters will be exactly a month b4 the induction program, from my calculation resumption should be 7th of september, so mails for letters should be coming in on or b4 7th of August. This is to enable those working to give the required one month notice to their employers

I went through the older discussions and discovered that virtually all that were benchmarked got invite for medical. Does it mean benchmark is a sure bet for medical?

My broda dont b so sure ooo, i no someone who got a mail after the benchmarking mail that he didnt make it. So keep praying but lets hope yours will come out positive, am joining my faith with yours

Sincerely i dont no and i cant explain cos i submitted all the necessary documents...We were only three in my assessment center group that made the PI interview but only one resumed in September the other guy got a mail after the benchmarking mail that he didnt make it and i dont no why. At some point they said it was because the the available space was filled up. The guy that got in sept told me that they also recruit Mar/Apr so i called them in February and was told that i shoulb be patient, only for the lady to call me two/three days later that i have been schduled for another PI(head of the dept) Interview.

To me it felt as if i was forgotten. Though i thank God cos am already gettin good experience in one of the best indigenous firms in Nigeria, so i just console myself believing that God has a plan for everything but it was a long painful wait really

Hello fam, its bin over 13 months i started this KPMG journey and by God's grace am resuming september. For those that have completed the journey and are waiting for the mail for medicals, lets keep ourselves informed wen the mail starts coming in. Sometimes i feel they forget names cos some pple i started the journey with in April last yr are already working dere and i wonder why mine took so long even after i had done the PI interview, i practically had to start calling them this yr b4 they scheduled an interview for me with the head of d dept i chose. Please lets kip ourselves informed, wldnt want anoda story dat touches the hrt again this yr.
