Let take an instance:
1. After I make a full payment, how long will it take to get my plot fully allocated to me?
2. After the allocation of "my plot", how soonest can I do something on/with the land without any restriction/condition provided what I wanted to do is within the contract.

If two of these three document are cucurrentlyeing processed, how could it be possible to sight them? Pls explain as it look confusing to me.

or revocation of contract.
If I fulfilled the condition of the contract by paying within the agree period but new situation developed either through your company or government sudden policy (which is not part of the contract), that cannot be atattributedo me and therefore make it impossible to get my plot under my control as agreed in the contract, what penalty is on your company for breach of contract?

I read through this thread thoroughly and see the lots of points made; from the landlord perspective, the agent and the final consumer ie the tenant.
Nigeria is such a country that "abnormality has become a normal thing" and a country where the rich never want the average/poor to change status. Nothing is exceptional from government to individuals

Government will never do anything because most of them are either landlord themself, friend of landlord etc and involve in the killing strategy by not wanting the average/poor to join their class.

Majority are greedy and self centered in Nigeria. The landlord will always justify his greedy action, the agent will like to create a seen to be sympathetic with them and the tenant will want attention he do not deserve to be focus on him after eating his cake.

Let us learn to do it right and stop given excuses for our greediness.

What go up will definitely come down. if the today landlord see only upward movement, their son and grandson will definitely see the downward side.

If you leave in Nigeria, may I ask you some question: What is the benefit of almost 20% tax on income of individuals? When last do you have electricity in your house? First, I had "boil" (I don't know the medical term) in 5 spots on my left lap in January and I took Ampiclox(complete dose), one dissolved while the others dried out, but now another one had surface on the same lap. Please, what might be the cause of frequent boil most especially in the same area of the body? Also, what can be done in getting over it.

Secondly, Around December last year when the weather became so cold(snowing) in Paris, my body started itching me but stopped when I returned home later in the same month, after using HYDROCORTISOR cream (prescribed by Doctor). I returned to France in first week of February and the itching also returned. Please, why is this happening, could it be due to change in temperature? Any recommendation on what I can do.
