If you don't mind LCD display, the X3 NFC is the better device.

if you care about phone beauty the sammy a80 is ugly imo. poco is the better device it's got an lcd screen which is said to be one of the best in the market but if u want amoled try samsung a71(beauty, lightweight, amoled, one ui, sd 730 etc)

Looks like the poco x3 NFC seems to be the one with a slightly better specifications.it is also the cheapest of the lot, except LCD is not your thing I don't see any reason you should not go for it.
