The debate on the removal of subsidy was never about cost but ridding the monumental corruption in that sector. Even Buhari before 2016 claimed "there's nothing like subsidy" not because it was a waste but because it was corruption personified. Your logic of plenty and little is laughable considering the fact that one person still spends approximately 2 billion in up keep while a ministry is hiring a vessel for over 3 billion naira for one fiscal year.
