Chai. I missed the 225 party too. But make I follow stand here I want to thank all who have been here with me on this journey these 3 years. I always knew that by the grace of the Almighty that we would be here this long. I have famously said that this is a story that will not end, even though these days I will say that it is a story that will not end any time soon I want us to see 2 million views on this thread! 1 million would have happened a lot earlier if we hadn't moved to the permanent sight. And we would probably have also reached page 300 by now. But it's all good. katakatastreet.com or not, this is still a Nairaland story. I still love it here. The permanent sight mainly allows me to comfortably write f.uck as what it is and not Bleep. And for that, I am very grateful It was nice seeing folks register on page 225. May I specially mention maggilove. It's unbelievable that it was her first comment. I always saw her viewing on the bottom of the page all the time all these years and I was sure she had said something on the thread. Nice to have you here ma'am. Seeing tsharp, YINKS89, INDUSTRIALFAN on page 225 as well was super heartwarming. These guys have been there as early as pages 1 and 4. Incredible. Thanks guys. You rock! And then I should thank all the newer fans and the ghost readers who still had the mind to remain ghosts all this time. God bless you o! But know that I am still here because guys like EkopSparoAyara, Ann2012 never stopped rooting. If they were also ghosts, I'm not sure we would have seen page 225. Most times, it only takes those words of encouragement to remove writer's block and have the juice flowing again for yet another episode. I also particularly loved those "I used to be a ghost reader but I have repented" comments. At some point, I made sure to respond to every single one of them. Thanks guys. Now I should mention some of my old favourites I don't see that much anymore but who have made this journey worth the while. sheycrown, preetiex, HelenBee, DaV8King, Dhavido, honourable356, Pinkfeet, kikiwendy, KpagoGIN, phoenixchap, MhizSuccess, and others too numerous to mention. I suspect most of you have now become ghosts I appreciate y'all. Let's keep doing this guys. See you at the permanent site 25 Likes 4 Shares |

Happy Sunday folks. So here it is for today. I had the midweek update in mind so I wrote more words than I normally do so that I could cut and remain for midweek, but in the end, I served it all. Enjoy. And check again midweek. https://katakatastreet.com/2020/05/10/possessed/ 6 Likes 1 Share |

Omoshalewa04: Nice to have you Omoshalewa04 and very good observations there. YINKS89 did justice to that question already. The story goes on and on and so all holes will be plugged in time. However, I always appreciate input like this. Welcome onboard. 1 Like |

After the break I wasn't sure if anyone would still be interested but I just do what I have to do. About commenting on the blog, why not login to DISQUS using any of your social media accounts? Pretty easy that way. Or you state your issues clearly and my man nnamdiosu will help out with his expertise in that area. Thanks for checking man and stay safe. 2 Likes |

useed: I usually avoid these questions o. I'll rather let my characters express themselves and you make of it what you want. But I will make an exception here as I sense that it will be of help to you. How do I know these things? Experience? Yes. Spiritual insight? Yes. And we all have it. Reading? It's second nature to me. Curiosity? This is the chief ingredient. My favourite line on this thread when asked this question is...you guessed it..."seek and ye shall find." They were the words that set me on my path. You must be ready to ask tough questions and have the stomach for uncomfortable answers and you must read those books your mother told you not to read. It is difficult to change your position on something you've been told is true all your life especially when it is about God, or the supernatural, broadly speaking. Fear no dey gree us . But you see, for me, I said "Lord, if you gave me the acumen to think, if you allowed the curiosity to rage within me, then I'm bloody well going to ask questions and challenge popular thinking. On everything. It's not easy. You will be called names and some people might see you and take off . But then you will be fulfilled. I am. Na only money remain 6 Likes |

EvaJael: I'm doing well thanks EvaJael. Yawing here and there to the waves of life's vicissitudes. EkopSparoAyara said a lot of truths up there. But I have seen enough in my three active years here to understand why these are. As a writer, I'll say to all writers, whatever you do, don't stop writing. And to the readers, I'll also say whatever you decide to read, just don't stop reading. Las las we'll all be alright I trust you are doing well too. Nice to hear from you again. 3 Likes |

“What's in a name? that which we call a rose By any other name would smell as sweet.” ― William Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet Sometimes I even start to describe a character and then the first name that pops in my head is their name. If they don't like it they can come and beat me. 1 Like |

ayamalexander77: Perhaps To be consistent, once a week works best because of other things competing for one's time. No one has yet realized that I do need some palliative package also at this time as I'm not fortunate to be earning anything. So I do need time to go to the mountain in my bedroom to pray that I also get the purported Federal government alert some are receiving as I hear. The good people of God know what to do if that is to change. Hallelujah! 1 Like |

paqman: All you said is true paqman. Hell exists. But it was not in the original plan. Humanity made it possible millennia before Christ. If I tell you that it was not in the original plan for Jesus to come I'm sure many will throw the book of Isaiah in my face. But if man did not fall so tragically that intervention would not have been necessary. What is, is. But we must also know the why. 2 Likes |
