Politics / Re: Christian Youths Kill Muslims In Reprisal Attacks At Gonin Gora, Kaduna by centurynext: 4:31pm On Jun 18, 2012
I think we all got to allow rational thought to prevail here. I hate it whenever anybody result to killing and maiming to settle any score be it political, religious, tribal, or ethnic sentiments. Given, our leaders have cause us grievous harm as a people with their daily looting and the pernicious way they go about it. But I mean it affects both Christians and Muslims alike. We as a nation are under servitude by the few privileged whom we innocently put in power, or who robbed us of power and exercise lordship and dominion over us like servants.someone once said, "until the day the color black of the eye becomes red, then there shall be war" Perhaps our eyes black color are turning to red, but not yet. The present government enmeshed in corruption scandal day in day out is incapable of controlling the menace of Boko Haram. What is the solution? We as a nation needs to come together to redefined our collective existence. Boko Haram though have shown one plausible cause for their operations- they want an islamised Northern Nigeria. Can they have it? Can they achieve it?. Yes, if that is what will end the endless bloodshed and bloodbath of innocent Christian and Muslims alike. But under one premise, if the north will allow them. And this premise is only practical if Nigeria practice true federalism, and we revert back to regionalism, I mean all non Northers to leave and relocate to South. But this also beg another question, Resourse control. If Nigeria practice true federalism, can the north survive, can Boko Harm survive, that is the Nigeria Challenge
