I don't know exactly when Mexican applicants will be called but they will when the Mexican educational authority has completed their selection. For now it is Russia......Good luck!!!!

Someone somewhere have to tell the FSB that they should be faster than that of last year for some reasons ooooooooo!!!!!

BayodeAA: Nigerian award is an internal (we-we) thing. BEA as the name implies is bi-lateral meaning two sides are involved. I believe Nigeria thru FSB has done her part now left for awarding countries to pick their scholars. I expect Russia-bound scholars to get called around July. This is my personal opinion based on experience. Good luck!!!
