Hello VO. Am in a relationship with a USC who also holds a dual citizenship of her country of birth. We wanna get married in her country of birth cos of her family marriage rites. Do u think we can file for a marriage visa to the US from her country of birth? Or we still need to get married in my country? |

Hello VO. There was an article in the punch newspaper of 7th march 2017 that Nigerians with valid non-immigrants visa are denied entry to the USA. Pls how true is that? |

My brother has a pending K1 visa before traveling to the USA to visit the fiancée cos she's gonna have a baby, but they got married in a courthouse before the baby was born due to their personal reasons. My question is does he still need to come back and complete the K1 process?? Or is he in trouble since they already got married  |
