After going online and filling out the required info for Tinted Permit Re-Validation. I headed out to Moscow Road Port Harcourt to capture my bio-metrics for the Tinted Permit.
I was shocked to my bones when the Police Woman in the entrance of the capture office told me the cost of the Police Tinted Permit is (NGN17,000.00 Seventeen Thousand Naira). I was deflected. I finally lost hope in Nigeria's fight against corruption. I don't know what next to do. I spent NGN20,000.00 for the current permit i have and now going to revalidate with 17k in less than one year?

If you insist to do a change of ownership with the previous owner's plate number. They will manipulate it for you but after one year when you are going for renewal you will be surprised that it still bears the original name of the first owner. This is my experience with a Lagos State plate number.
