The truth is that most of this domains you star are not so good, of all the list you posted, I have just spotted 2 or 3 that is OK... But is a good thing that you did this, some other person won't.

go to spamhaus/com to delist the said domain from their spam list, note that a custom email is needed for spamhaus/com to send the delist link to....

If you don't have a custom email address you can set up a free one at porkbun... It can only receive but can't be sent from (for this purpose is okay)

To setup a custom domain on porkbun go to the domain you wish to use, click on the dropdown (exactly the same way you do when you wanna change your name server), go down and you see set custom email, click on it and fill the box up..
