What will you call someone who collected money from a client for 4months for eBay orders but refused to deliver the package instead she threatened her victim when he called him out and asked moderator to close the thread where she was called out despite all evidence and she agreed to have collected money from the said client. the moderator did her wish, banned her victim, deleted all evidence posted on the thread, banned everyone who mediate on the matter and all of her past victim who came out to testify.
