For this reason, the presidency has refused to release monies to the judiciary to pay October and November 2015 salaries

Had it been the election was done and dusted last sat. ad Audu declared winner nobody will stop faleke from taking over but since the election is still in progress and Audu decide to bid this world farewell, Faleke cannot automatically taka over.
