Foreign AffairsRe: US Sells First Batch Of Venezuelan Oil, Makes $500M by chatinent:
Before those who'd bring "they would have stolen Nigerian oil" into this discussion. My question is: Is the oil not still already stolen yet hunger, terrorism, banditry, and corruption fester? "

So we should love local thieves and loath international theives?

RomanceRe: Share Your Experience Dating A Student With The Hope Of Getting Married To Her by chatinent:
Never did.
Never would.
Didn't have to.

The problem isn't dating the student. The problem is that most Nigerian men like to monetise relationships. .. and most Nigerian ladies started to feel entitled to it.

You meet a girl and the first thing is using ₦50k out of your total ₦70k to go and impress her. On top of that, she chop extra ₦25k and you had to hide and call your roommate to lend you ₦10k extra to offset the bill and see transport to come back. You still foolishly gave her the remaining ₦5k and followed apiam way on foot back home.

And the girl wey never really chop better food for almost a month, and who borrowed palazzo trousers is feeling inward happiness she's eaten at least. To girls like this, relationship is like submitting CVs. They need it for financial gain and you need it because you feel tatata is the prize? Prize wey both of una enjoy but na you dey borrow dey spend? 😆

Call it broke, I agree. At least, I'm broke and not stewpeed.

Until una learn to stop monetizing your emotions or interest, you'll continue interchanging dating a Nigerian girl with being stuck with overspending like it's NeoLife Scheme...in both, you lose.

Before Facebook monetisation, there was you. 😆😆😆

Have you tried visiting the zoo? The amusement park for a walk?

Everything na fried rice and chicken for una. You don't even know when to eat. You just want to empty your pocket. After that, you carry am go shopping. You upgrade her phone from Infinix rubber band pro to iPhone 16. You upgrade All Back to Human hair. You upgrade finger nails to claws and you somehow feel if she sees another fool who will upgrade her two legs for four legs say she go stay? 😆😆

You go cry like wolf 😆😆😆😆

I'm not saying you are a foolish person but make sure the most foolish person in the whole world doesn't die.

Una no sabi anything nah.

If you want tatata, stop using relationship format where you spend unnecessarily before you reach the goalpost. Go straight to the point and say it.

It's not a must to have a girl in your life by the way. Focus on your future and they'll come naturally.

If na relationship, stop chyking foolishly and let it happen with fondness, likeness and attraction.

If na marriage, go for it. Eh hen, na only marriage I approve spending. Make your wife beautiful!

Until then, zuzuwe.

You can stay at Diobu. But ensure you don't stay in less populated areas. Live minimal and focus on the hustle.

Diobu is rough too just like the full PH but play safe and avoid womanizing.
PoliticsRe: Justice Onwuegbuzie Is Highly Compromised In My Case, Lawyer Writes CJ by chatinent: 10:01am On Jan 15
The judicial system in Nigeria in itself is compromised. It's an anywhere-belle-face system the rich controls.

You can rightly say it is only against the poor.

Car TalkRe: Which of these cars would you advise I buy? by chatinent:
Buy a Corolla 2005 LE and have peace of mind. She's an understanding girlfriend. My first car was the sedan Corolla 2005 LE. You can choose to design it with alloy wheels and new seat covers and an Android system. Ensure you change the oil timely, and water the radiator, never ignore any leg noise and you'll live longer than Metu. The car made me only buy Corolla products..even their SUV..the Cross. I like the Mercedes, BMW, Peugeot and other sweet brands but I cannot afford its problems.

If you however feel the need to look like Wike, buy a Nissan Murano.

Are you trying to lead me to Christ?

PathofLogos:
True talk. Sometimes it really feels like faith is just waiting while some leaders live large. But I think the real point is what faith does for you, quietly, when you stick with it.

Just like this post says about business—small, consistent steps eventually pay off.

Maybe faith is the same: no flashy show, but the results show up in due time.

Tell me, what’s something you’ve kept at for long and finally saw the results? Your story fit inspire people here too.

The arresting agency isn't the ones to blame. Their job is to investigate, arrest and charge the offender to court. The constant adjournments that leads to court cases taking long is the fault of the court.

The EFCC has done their jobs but they are not the judicial system except you want a situation where they act outside the court
But during sting operations, they act outside the court. I guess, the disparity between the rich and the poor.

PoliticsRe: We Have Achieved 50m Liters Daily Offtake Of Fuel – Dangote Refinery by chatinent: 6:29am On Jan 15
FreeStuffsNG:
“Despite ramping up some units in the second half of 2025, it consistently supplied over 50 million litres of finished fuel daily, sometimes exceeding 52 million litres”.

This is a huge feat!

Extracting, refining and moving 1000 trucks daily across Nigeria is by all standards no mean feat!

This is what you get with the power to dream big and fuel it with patriotic vigor.

Ignore the naysayers who have never built anything in their life or come from unpatriotic backgrounds where they don’t build anything in their lives or contribute anything to the progress of Nigeria.

May God continue to bless Nigeria. Congratulations to Alhaji Aliko Dangote and his team. I am so proud of you and always proud to be a Nigerian.
Check your website link. It's very vulnerable.

PoliticsRe: EFCC’s Terrorism Financing, Money Laundering Charges Against Bauchi Officials by chatinent:
Another initial gragra by the EFCC to look like they are fighting corruption yet nothing will come out of it. If Yahaya is still walking freely, the EFCC is complicit in the corruption.

But young boys are treated outside the court? The disparity between the rich and the poor.

Just like their sister institution lied Abba Kyari went to prison but no inmate from the same prison has seen Abba during roll-call or prison work.

It is safe to say that if you must commit a crime in Nigeria, ensure it runs into billions and you'll be safe. You'll be safer if you cross-carpet into the APC.

The EFCC has lost its credibility.

People who claim to be part of an org should have account number with the company name as account name. It was at this point you should have sensed sth was wrong.

Different cashiers don't use different accounts names.

This is what I saw when I searched on Google the address he gave to me.
He only gave you that address so that when you search it, you'd think he's genuine. I'm sure he isn't part of the organisation! He only came to scam!
PoliticsRe: Sustained Military Operations Yielding Measurable Results Nationwide - Tinubu by chatinent: 6:03am On Jan 15
But key mentioned terrorism financiers in the govt are protected just the same way the EFCC is protecting Yahaya Bello?

Can you imagine the EFCC saying Yahaya Bello is innocent until proven guilty but young boys during their sting operations are automatically guilty and sentenced to public disgrace, handcuffs, stolen from, ransacked and meant to pay bribes even before taken?

Anywhere they put a RCCG pastor as the leader of an org, it's always heavy corruption!

The real fraudulent organisation is the one claiming to fight fraud!

Duly noted.

Kh36:
In Nigeria, serving a Governor with an impeachment notice through a newspaper is considered a form of substituted service. A notable case is that of Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu, where the impeachment notice was published in newspapers after he allegedly refused to accept it. Shaibu's aide claimed the notice wasn't properly served, sparking controversy.

Another case is the impeachment of Governor Rasheed Ladoja of Oyo State, where the Supreme Court ruled the process unconstitutional due to improper service of the notice. The court held that serving the notice through newspapers wasn't sufficient, as Section 188(2) of the Constitution requires personal service.
