Why are physical cards prefered over ecards?


Phyisical cards are bought with cash at the store and issued a cash receipt.This makes it less prone to scam.The ecards coild be bought online and some people might use stolen credit card to buy it.


So most giftcard sellers on paxful prefer physical cards and the price is higher.


In the training ill show you features and identification features for a physical card.

Just for enlightenment:

In blueprint 1, the advantage of buying low was when itunes card was bought at the official dollar rate on jumia.This has since closed when the charges was increased twice.Lots made money before the charges where increased twice.They increased it in such a way that the 20% profit per transaction was eroded.They called it service charge.Thie initial service charge still remains the same for other jumia sub domain of other countries except Nigeria.


Some Nigerians abused the opportunity of rinse and repeat.The price increase was huge.


In blueprint 2, the advantage of buying low is in getting one vanilla card at over 20% which is available on paxful and i sent screenshot and steps to search it above.As long as there are discounted cards of over 20%, blueprint 2 works.


Blueprint 1 was determined by jumia prices but blueprint 2 duscount is international.It is there for all to see on paxful.


Any arbitrage that does not av an initial buying low advantage does not give profit and tbat was what ended blueprint 1 last year after jumia increased prices twice within a week.The other jumia countries selling same cards did not increase prices.The constant rinse and repeat might have caught there attention.


As regards blueprint 2, it is not local but international.


The models are different but same concept.

Anyone that feels blueprint 2 is not feasible should first read to understand the model above and then do detailed analysis here for us all to see.

Here is a practical step i will like you to try out yourself and see.This is just to let you see if its possible to get discounted giftcards over 20%:

Use these steps to search for one vanilla and amazon giftcards.




Steps to search for offers on paxful:


Step 1: Visit paxful.com

Step 2: Notice that there is BUY and SELL at the top.

Click on any of it.


BUY means you intend to BUY bitcoin in exchange of a payment option.

SELL means you intend to SELL your bitcoin in exchange of a payment option.

When you click on any of them, you will see list of offers by the vendors.


Lets assume we have bitcoin in our paxful wallet already.Now we intend to sell it and get discounted giftcards.Click on SELL.



Step 3: Under the tab labeled PAY VIA, choose giftcard as the payment option.
There choose the type of giftcard you intend to exchange with.There are lots of different giftcards there.Choose one vanilla giftcards.Later after this you can search for amazon giftcards too.

What this means is: you  want to give out your bitcoin in exchange of discounted amazon giftcard.

Step 4:  Type the amount you intend to spend.It is better to leave it open so you can see lots of offers.


let the search be worldwide.

Then click FIND OFFERS.









NOW LET US ANALYZE SOME OFFERS EXAMPLES:

The first thing you should look for is the currency.If the currency is USD, it means you can only use the amazon giftcard on amazon usa website or inside amazon store in usa.One vanilla cards can only be used in stores and websites within USA.

If the currency is CAD ( canadian), that means you can only use it in canadian website of amazon or inside amazon store in canada.Please note that amazon have stores in Different countries.



2. The next thing to look for is the discount:

e.g if you see 30% for a one vanilla or an amazon gift card of $100, it means you will be paying $70 current worth of bitcoin and you will get the giftcard of $100.

This is where the profit is mostly determined.The more the discount, the more the profit.

3. Next look below for the limit.Some sellers sell minimum of $100 while others sell minimum of $25 giftcard.Each seller with its own terms.


4. Now click on SELL by the right handside of that offer.

5. Type in the amount that you want and you will see the amount to be paid etc.Once you are satisfied, you click on start trade to chat with the person and exchange.


Note: paxful acts as escrow in between the 2 of you incase of any dispute.

Before you start a trade, make sure you read the sellers terms very well.This will save the 2 of you time.

Did u also see sceeenshot of a testimonial on the thread of a membwr that once accused me but later got the concept.It was the person that uploaded it there after seeing mistake earlier made.People made money from.blueprint one last year and i have testimonials.Even jumia called one of the member to become their agent.

The simple truth is: the few that made mistakes are the ones thar already have a paxful account before the training and claim they are experienced in giftcard trading whereas tgis blueprint is my own method perceived so u need follow instructions.


The inexperienced ones that took to instructions got it right.

Why trade ONE VANILLA GIFTCARD instead of others like AMAZON?


You can trade both.The reason for choosing ONE VANILLA CARD as the main giftcard for the blueprint is simply becauss one can easily check the card balance to confirm the amount etc before sending it to the other p2p buyer.


Once the seller on paxful send you the card details, you confirm it yourself and then ask him to hold on while you send it to the buyer at the other p2p.

With amazon giftcard, you cannot confirm unless you load the card on your amazon account and you wont be able to sell it to the buyer at the second p2p since you have already loaded it.


The feature of checking balance and other details with the one vanilla card helps to reduce scam in such a way that the seller on paxful cant give you a card with less amount and the buyer at the other p2p cant claim tbe card has been used before you sent it.


3. How many times can one rinse and repeat?


Rinsing and repeating depends on the availability of one vanilla card or any major card with a discount above 20%.

4. Is any discounted giftcard below 20% profitable for the blueprint method?


No. The profitable discounts that are profitable for the blueprint method are the cards above 20% and the more the better.The differential in price discount is your profit roi.


5. Lets assume i got a one vanilla giftcard of 28% discount, what is approximate roi?


The roi will be approximately;

28 minus 20= 8

then 8 minus 3 ( paxful escrow fee)

that is approximately 5% roi of the total card value cost price.

PROFIT ANALYSIS:




Step 1: Buy bitcoin at current market rate of 575 naira per dollar into your paxful wallet.

Step 2: Buy $100 one vanilla giftcard at a discount say 30% discount.

That means you pay $70 worth of bitcoin to get $100 one vanilla giftcard.

At the rate of 575, $70 is 40,250 naira.

There is 3% escrow fee. That
is 1207 naira.

total cost price is: 41457 naira.


Step 3: Sell the $100 giftcard at 20% discount. That means you get $80 worth of bitcoin in the second p2p wallet.

Step 4: Sell the $80 bitcoin in the second p2p at the current market rate of 575 naira.

That will amount to: 46000 naira


profit will be: 46000 naira minus 41457.That is 4542 naira.

That is a 10% profit.


NOTE: The same current rate of 575 was used at step 1 and step 4. Normally the buy price and sell price of bitcoin are different but there is a way to get it cheaper than the high buy price which might be around 585 currently.



Variables that affect profit roi:

a. Amount of bitcoin or Giftcard value: Smaller values have less profit.

b. The price at which you purchase the initial bitcoin in step 1.
A lower price gives more profit.

c. The current market price at which you sell the bitcoin in stage 4.
A higher price gives more profit.

d. The difference in the discount of tbe gift card between paxful and the second p2p. The second p2p is usually 20%.


Note Rinse and repeat depends on the frequency you see one vanilla cards that are substantially above 20% discount.

This thread is for ARBITRAGE BLUEPRINT 2.

The first arbitrage blueprint was very profitable until the Nigerian Seller of the giftcards increased price twice last year.


This new arbitrage blueprint 2 has been researched and updated to address some of the vulnerabilities of the first blueprint so as to increase earnings.


CONCEPT:

It is still based on the same principle of BUY LOW AND SELL HIGH but the method and procedure is a bit different from the first one.In this blueprint 2, you are simply buying ONE VANILLA GIFTCARD LOW on paxful and selling HIGH on another p2p platform.


Let me explain first from the angle of the participants in the whole arbitrage:


YOU: You are the giftcard trader that intends to buy low and sell high and get hes or her profit in naira.The name of the main giftcard you will be trading is called ONE VANILLA GIFTCARD.



Your role is to undergo the training about the blueprint 2 and be proficient.You provide your capital and take full risk.




FIRST P2P: This is a peer to peer website where you can buy duscounted giftcards.I will be showing you different tips to get good discounted rates.The first p2p here is paxful.com.


SECOND P2P: This is another p2p used in the blueprint 2.



Now let us go into the concept steps:




1. Load your paxful wallet with bitcoin



2. You go to paxful and check rates of various giftcards that have over 20% discounts. E.g if you get a one vanilla giftcard at 30% discount, you would be looking at a profit of about 10%.


3. When you get any giftcard that is more discounted than 20% or the current rate, you buy it with your bitcoin.

I will show you this in the training.I will show you ways to close giftcard deals effectively and the different techniques to get a good discounted offer.


4. Before you pay the seller of the giftcard in step 3, you will forward the giftcard details to the Chinese buyer on the second p2p to check and load the card to be sure the card is confirmed
.
Once its confirmed, you release bitcoin to the seller on paxful.




5. If the card is confirmed and goes through,the Chinese buyer pays you in bitcoin into your wallet at the second p2p.


6. Now you sell the bitcoin on the second p2p for naira and recieve your payment via bank transfer.


7. Now you Create an offer to buy btc into your paxful account at a cheap rate inorder to rinse and repeat the procedure.

8. You attempt the steps above again and gather minimum of 9% profit per transaction.




This concept looks simple but putting it together is where the issue is.This is why i charge for the training so you can be proficient in it

The giftcard dropshiping method

This is the way it works: You get a duscoubted giftcard e.g amazon, then go to a certain website which i wont reveal here.

The website has a daily wish list of products from websites such as amazon, walmart etc.You purchase the product on their behalf and include there address in the delivery details.The company pays you in bitcoin on delivery.You can track the delivery yourself.


The question is: WHY IS THE COMPANY NOT BUYING DIRECTLY FROM.AMAZON?

The reason is: they are buying from you at a disconted price.


lets assume the price of the product is 100 dollars on amazon, the company gets it from you at maybe 90 dollars.That means they made 10 dollar as discount.


Since you are using a discounted giftcard to purchase the item, your profit is the positive differential between the discounted giftcard and the discount the company buys.


In the above scenarior, if you get an amazon giftcard at a duscount of say 30%, your profit after dropshipping will be 20%.

In the training, i will be showing you ways to get good discounted giftcarda and using it for the dropshipping and a way to rinse and repeat with it.

This is a method where you purchase a discounted gifrcard and use it to shop and have it delivered to you and you could resale it.

This has a high profit potential because you already gained from the discounted giftcard before adding your number profit.


PROS: 1. High profit

2. Lots of different types of giftcards available for this method from different stores e.g amazon, nike, walmart etc.


CONS: 1. Delivery time takes few days.

2. You can quickly rinse and repeat same day.

3. You need to find a buyer to get your capital back.


This method is ideal for those already into shopping or selling an item.

Lets assume you already have a shop.You could order for those items you normally sell using discounted goftcards and you earn better profits from it.


For those that are not into ecommerce selling of physical items, they will have to look for buyers for the item they order.


If you are already into selling of physical items, this method could benefit you.

There are lots of discounted giftcards on paxful.


The 4 ways include:

1. Shopping and reselling the item for profit.


2. Dropshipping for bitcoin

3. Trading the cards for bitcoin

4. Lifestyle



The above methods have pros and cons amd you can use all of them.
It depends on what you currently do.

PAXFUL:

Paxful is a peer to peer escrow website where people exchange their bitcoins for several payment methods.An example of a payment method is via giftcard and that is what this training will be based on.

At paxful, you can list your offers as a vendor.You could also just buy from several vendors that already listed their offers.Each offer has specific terms based on the vendor.

Your duty is to look for discounted offers on giftcards and buy it, then use the discounted giftcard in  different ways which i will be revealing soon.You can also become a vendor on paxful and dictate your terms of offer and let customers trade with you.Vendors have extra requirements.All you will be doing at paxful is buying giftcard cheap using your own bitcoin.At the same time, you will be selling or using the discounted giftcard on another website to take profit.All these i will show you.

Paxful is an escrow company.What this means is: it acts as arbitrator between a buyer and seller so that no one is cheated.

It charges fees for this service.The fee for giftcard transactions is 3% of the amount involved in the transaction.It charges 5% for itunes transactions.

Now lets discuss how a trade process flow.

Mr B is registered on paxful as a user.Mr C is registered as a vendor.

Mr B has $300 worth of bitcoin and he has loaded it into hes paxful wallet account.He intends to buy a discounted giftcard with it.

Mr B sees Mr C's offer and decide to trade with him.

The offer gives 25% discount.That means mr A only needs to pay 75 in bitcoin to get the $100 card.

NOTE: Immediately Mr B contacr Mr C to start the trade, paxful as an escrow deducts $75 instantly from Mr B's paxful acc.Now he is left with $25 in hes paxful account walplet.That $75 is held in escrow until you tell paxful to release it to the seller.

Each trade transaction has a time trade limit.This is the maximum time that the buyer and seller should conclude a transaction.

Incase transaction is not concluded within that time limit, the transaction is automatically closed.You can restart again.

It is the seller that sets the trade time.The mimimim trade time is 50 mins.

During the transaction, the buyer and seller chat via paxful and any of them can cancel the transaction even before the trade time limit.

If you as a buyer is satisfied, you click to release funds.This notify paxful and they will pay bitcoin into the sellers paxful wallet.

So a transaction should be within 10 mins if both buyer and seller of gift card are composed.

Here are tips for trading on paxful:

1. Always read the sellers terms before you initiate a trade.Each seller vendor has different terms.

2. If you are not satisfied, just dont initiate a trasde.Look for other vendors.

3. Try to buy only physical card that are bought with cash at the store.Do not buy ecards.

The reason why physical card is preferable is because it is hardly related to fraud.The person that bought it in the store used cash and in person.This type of card comes with a receipt after the cashier activates it at the counter.


4. These are what you will ask seller to provide:

a. The front pic of the card
In the picture, there should be no hand holding the card.This is to avoid the fingers converinf a digit etc.

b. The back pic of the card.

At the back of the card, a website will be written on it e.g www.onevanilla.com

The website at the back is where yu can check the cards amount.

c. Ask for the cards receipt.The reciept has some serial numbers that will match the card. It will also indicate that it was paid in cash.

Now let us assume he has given you the card, then you proceed to use it in any website you want to use it on.Try to do this within the time limit.Normally it takes few minutes
The reason why you need to use the card details is to prevent the seller from using it later after the transaction is over and you have asked paxful to pay him.

Incase any error occurs in the transaction, you should screenshot it and make sure that your phone time is showing in the screenshot.Then send it to the seller.

DISCOUNTED GIFTCARDS:

A discounted giftcard is a giftcard that is bought at a reduced price from its stored value.Let us assume that the owner of a giftcard of $100 worth wants to sell it for $90, then it has been discounted.

We intend to buy giftcards at a discounted price using bitcoin as payment method at paxful.com.Then we sell the giftcard at a higher price in which we will be paid in bitcoin at another place which i am yet to reveal.There are 4 different opportunities i have discovered and i will explain it in details:

 EXAMPLE1:

Let us assume that someone in USA was given an amazon gift card of $100 as birthday gift.

That means the person can only use it to purchase only at amazon stores or online at amazon website.The person cannot tender same giftcard in another store that does not bear amazon.The maximum items the person can buy with it is $100.

Lets assume the person does not like any item on amazon or prefers to have the cash.In this scenario, giftcards can only be used to purchase at the store. The store does not give out cash in exchange for the giftcard.Since the giftcard owner wants cash, he or she will have to look for anyone that needs a giftcard and will pay cash.

In such exchange, the person paying cash does not pay the full amount of $100.The person might pay $85 cash in exchange of $100 worth of giftcard value.Now the buyer owns the giftcard and can only use it on amazon store or website.The buyer has just gained $15 upfront.Now the buyer of the giftcard has it and its worth $100 but he paid $85.
