I wanted to say it o.. haha.

But for some persons, even an REA job is gold...so I decided to hold back.

But with their poor pay, they have made people spend more than their 2-3months of REA salary in their recruitment process.

Some A-list agencies would not even stress you. (Actually none of them would do this).

Nigeria is a crime scene!

The interview were actually true and the participants were shortlisted from the last interview. However, I was surprised because those that I am sure will get job were also not invited. One of my friend that did today said is one on one with the MD and HR officer.

The REA recruitment is actually confusing. The more you think you know the less it is. Though it is said that they might still call some people after the holiday. The appointment letter con be like gold.

A lot of these govt. agencies have very poor pay.

Make people get this APL so we can know exactly what their pay is.

And if it is worth all the stress they put people through. Cos wetin be 100k+ for entry.

I was reliably informed that REA is not done with its interview process. One of us here reliably informed me.

He said documentation is in January and recruitment approval was basically for engineers. I think a small number of other departments would be considered. Pray.

Entry level is 100+ but no much allowances. Meaning, there will still be allowances but not much.

Please, no one should insult me this early morning. I just delivered exactly what i was told. Thank you.

If you indeed scaled the test, you don't owe REA any gratitude, your gratitude is to God.

And then prepare for the next test.

But you are certainly owed some form of organization and orderliness in doing things. They're doing no one a favor (problem is, most Nigerians have been rewired to think otherwise).

In case you do not realize, there are standards and this process hasn't followed it. Don't celebrate poorly done things, just because the people called to serve are dangling jobs at you in the hope of some merit based process.

What is unfair, is UNFAIR.

You DO NOT give short notice for a test, if you expect people to travel for it.

I mean, was the recruitment advertised?

Life is not assured, but you are expected to make the most of it while you have it...and do that in the most positive and good way too!

Even the life we have is not assured, this should be least of your worries, at least people are been giving opportunity to prove they can be employed than sharing appointment letters to people in high places, be grateful, remember not everyone who wrote first stage is being called.

Apparently they still are (Sending out messages for CBT). A very sad situation. With no assurances of getting the job and people have to make sudden plans to travel.

As far as growth and development, avoid Energy Commission ECN, the place is a shadow of itself. I can't speak so much on NASDRA, but their pay should be better than ECN...But I don't know what the work environment is.

Some may do second test, others interview...some are waiting for all the drama to pass so they'd collect their APL and resume.

Doubt anything in Nigeria at your own risk. Congrats on the invite for CBT next week.

It is unnecessary to mention the department of the director you gave your cv to, don't mention the course you studied or your name. I was reliably informed yesterday that this recruitment process is just a hoax and people were already employed even before the advertisement was made online.

The informant made it clear that it is a finished process already and the host community had to protest before they were given positions such as security guards, cleaners and the likes...

I AGREE! Not with the exact words used. It'd be great if we can keep this thread useful with really important things. NL doesn't pay for additional pages or threads. A lot of unnecessary conversations and arguments here IMO.

We should all wait for the next phase and hope for the best.

Knowing when it would come out doesn't necessarily change the outcome. Feels like most of you want to see the future. It's a great role certainly, it'd turn things around for you (definitely and that's the prayer). But patiently waiting is not a bad thing. It's okay if the thread stays silent through Easter and comes alive when there is USEFUL information. People actually come to check this thread for USEFUL information, so it's sad when you go through and you see nothing helpful at all. And even the USEFUL info is hard to find because of unnecessary convos.

There would be interviews. Review of uploaded documents starts Monday as deadline for submission is today. Team in PH for the review.
2.1 has been stated as minimum requirement or 2.2 with masters. Even though anything is possible . Mails would come once review is done. All the best.

Well they stated clearly that once you do that, there's nothing you can do to upload anything. So a mail might not make a difference. Hopefully they'd request for it later

Immediately he deletes all the documents, that's the end because he will be left with no ducment and he won't be able to upload any one.

If you had 2.2 , the forms area won't let you upload documents but in the last part of the "Edit Profile" section you get to upload all documents including degree. I'd advise you skip the "Select degree" section for obvious reasons and upload same degree with all other required documents. You can still submit. (HND should take same step)

Don't forget to rename the files as requested and remember it's expected in pdf except passport photograph I think.

Most importantly click "Final Submission" when you are done. Filling and uploading doesn't mean you have actually submitted.

Deadline 28th. Good luck to all who got mails and best wishes to those who did not.

Delete all the uploads and repeat the process.
