too late now ,if it was yesterday it was still possible ,now if you visits the site ,you can login but it will only take you to where you can click to view shortlisted applicants,which the list have not been uploaded ,did you write down your ID number If you did and you are invited according to the secretary to the agency just show up with your ID number there will be a team of IT personnel that will print it out for you ..

if you know you have submitted your application before closing date but having issues with printing. click on login using another phone or computer, then put in the email you used for registration and click forget password.
check for the password recovery link from NDLEA and follow up the process.

No, there isn't successful mail/text. You have registered if the only option below loan moratorium is review your offer letter.

Moratorium is period before you start paying back the loan, type 12 months
Tenor is period of payments, type 36 months that is three years.
For purpose just type what you intend to do with the money but not more than ten characters/alphabets.I
