Government, Head of Educational Institutions attended (Principals, Rectors, Provosts and Vice
Chancellors) career civil servants must not be below the rank of Grade Level 12, Fire Officers must not be
below the rank of CSF or a paramilitary or military officer of equivalent rank and above.

I only see one person to sign for me, the second person said he doesn't official ID card, which I think it should be attached to it for the screening.

FFS physical screening invitation is fast going the politically safe way. In order for us not to cry marginalization and exclusion they will soon tell everybody to come as long as you applied (remember FRSC?).
Even when they know that not more than (X + 1) people will be employed and already the X is known while the other teeming applicants will struggle for the remaining 1.
It's a sorry case.
