Bawss1: I don't understand why many see this as a bad move. It affords Nokia the financial muscle to consolidate its place as the third mobile OS with Windows Phone 8. People who cry that MS will ruin Nokia are just plain woe-mongers. Is Skype, also now owned by MS, in ruins?

It is a strategic move of strength building for both companies if executed properly. One can understand though that some people will express sentiment as Nokia was on the verge of a comeback, now though, they will do it not as the Nokia of old but as the newborn of this MS-Nokia fusion.

And please can people stop decrying Nokia's refusal to go Android, things would have been way worse if they did.

If you are not satisfied with Nigeria having different religions then I suggest you move out. If you're really seeking for peace and the progress of this country you should Know by now that religion is not the Key. I believe God or Allah will only help those that help themselves. Nigeria wont get better until when its people begin put away its ethnic, Tribal and religious issues and help one another. Religion is Choice, every human has a right to chose their own path. Many Nigerians still cannot afford a second hand PC or modem that's why they use their cheap nokia and china phones to access the internet. Plus using phones is convenient as it can be carried anywhere.

These statistics proves that nigerians are very much interested in the internet and even though they may not have adequate resources, they are willing to make sacrifices just to be on the internet.

True multitasking, live tiles, smooth OS, phone and data security, Keyboard,camera, fast browsers with flash support, beautiful hardware, clear call reception signal etc are key features of a good phone.

Guess what; the reason for BB service not working is not because of power outage but rather fiber cut along Lekki axis(and by the way fiber cut is mostly caused by road construction or outright vandalism by unknown persons and depending on the severity, it may take up to or more than 24 hours for it to be resolved). Yes, MTN service has been poor of late but must you come here and talk trash all the time? I am aware that other telecom operators are also having issues with their services so why the so much hatred towards MTN? Even the almighty NCC; the telecom regulator and other government agencies sanction and fees levied against MTN is always discriminating compare with other operators. So why the hatred? Time will tell and before you say "do you work for them" read my lip if you can.
