What good has religion done for this country? What religion allows its followers to: carry any form of weapon in self defense, block the road to stop a legal duty, to cause fear and panic in the mind of fellow citizens, disrupts public peace?

The officers were lenient enough to have sued for peace and beg to pass, it's a form of insurrection they suppressed to forestall a future occurrence. Religion should teach people to be law abiding anything outside the law is lawlessness and cannot be entertained. Iran won't take it that it's army turned back because of a religious procession on the highway by a Muslim sect the whole country being Islam aligned, our country can't be a dumping ground for all sorts of religious whatever. The army did nothing wrong again I say.

ztar: Airtel android bb data users...wise up...airtel has blocked their bb plan for android and modem....those still using it subscribed before 1st of dis year,u will be allowed to subscribe but you be able to browse with it..not even a page will open...I am still mourning the 1500 I lost on the 6th..dont learn the hard way like me...

Carsonv: I was hoping someone who understands the concept of bandwidth would have commented by now.

Bandwidth is the amount of data or capacity of data your network can carry within a timeframe.

If MTN has a total bandwidth of say 400MB/s that means every second the total of data that passes through is 400MB.

If a BB phone compresses its data by 50% that means BB uses 200MB/s to transfer a 400MB data. This is against an Android or iPhone that'll use the whole bandwidth to send same data.

So you see, the logic makes sense. One android may be using same bandwidth as 20 BlackBerry phones.

Rudebwoy: why will someone think of Breaking Airtel sim? a network you have been enjoying its data cap for a long time. they even informed you ahead of time that the service will be terminated.
what other network has done this? the mtn bis we enjoyed didn't last long and it just stopped abruptly.

We should be thankful to Airtel for the way they handled us; 1. They left the Bis for long, we all enjoyed it.
2. They kindly informed us that the service will be terminated, even with a five days notice.

let's reciprocate that gesture by continuing using their sim.

Airtel even had the goodwill to send out messages to you that it will be stopped, they also allowed those that had subscription to exhaust theirs yet you call them insensitive.....I know a lot of you would have lost money when mtn and etisalat stopped their's abruptly..................

Airtel have acted in good faith and if you fail to see that, then you don't deserve to be a customer.....and it would be good riddance........I have used airtel for so long and I have enjoyed their services, albeit in my new area the network is poor, which they have promised to look into......they have dedicated whatsapp and bb plans for android......surely they are way better than 'em-thief-hen in terms of sensitivity to the plight of people
