Was with them around this same time last year. First they will use you to audit Airtel customers account for 3 or 4 days....then they told us we will be paid 8k or so for the 4 days, which they never did, they collected our bank details n said they will pay the money into our account but they never did (Graduates don suffer for naija). Then they will conduct a typing competency test and an interview for you. if you do well you will be trained to work as a customer care rep....d pay is 40k. If u don't stay in d Island pls don't waste your time cos u will be spending almost all your earning on tfare but if u think you can cope then give it a shot....no experience is waste |
