It's not a consolation, it's about accepting the reality that we're struggling at the moment...and we need to rally around the team and coach. Shiit happens in life. You can't win all the time.

Listen, it's part of life - you've to lose sometimes to be able to win. This is a guy that has always been a winner...and for the first time in his career, he's dealing with losing. However, that doesn't negate his achievements and the stellar CV he has.

He's a coach - not a player. And he can only plan and give instructions. It's left to the players to execute and if they can't, it's on them.

Yes his play was very poor 2day but he has not always been dat way. It happens in some ways to all player at one time or the other.
