Let me tell you for free, Wike & co know they will lose the Omotosho case hands-down. This is what they want to do, file multiple cases to drag so the PDP will not have a candidate next year. First things first, the person who filed the case has no locus. He calls himself National Chairman, nobody knows him. INEC doesn't know him, they didn't form a quorum to even 'choose' him, who and who signed? So this case is more or less a distraction. He was neither elected or appointed by anybody.

So the foundation is wrong already. For the Lamido case, he will withdraw it as he is really been spoken to. If they go to Court, they will still win but Lamido isn't the target. He is a leader in that party and they honestly want him to remain. He keyed into the Wike agenda as well because he aligned with Wike & co in that suit but he is a Northerner, he cannot and will not be disposed that easily.

Again, if he insists, they will appeal it...for the records, the judgement was given 14th November so it's not past 14 days from my calculation.

14 days for appeal has lapsed so the Lamido judgement remains.
