What makes the difference are the policies and strategies the executive and law makers bring on the table.Are they favourable to the youths ?
Look at ministry of youth and sport for eg, how many youthful men and women are in charge of duties and all that......by youth im talking about below 40 years of age.
If we have a president that will usher in such perhaps that is the real change.
As for 2019, whoever has the sole interest of the youths to recover those positions meant for youths will surely make it through at the polls.
