1- RELIGION -
According to Christian Bible, Gen 1 Vs 28, "Be fruitful and multiply, Subdue the earth and conquer it" was God's word to man..
Again, Psam 127 vs 3-5 " Children are heritage from the lord....................... Blessed is the man who filled his quiver with them"

According to Islam Quran "Sura 4 (An-nisa) Ayah 3, talks about a man marrying more than one wife....

2- LEGISLATURE
The vast majority of our house of assembly are made of Islamic members..
So it is really hard to pass such a very delicate law....


But on a long run it will be beneficial to our economy

African citizen good in practice anything from religion, but they will find it difficult to practice something, not attached to religion, see African population, without anything to show for it , India and Chinese still practice this till this minute

Some Northerners are not immunized. Their religion is not against BVN. Their religion allows them marry more than one wife and they believe they are expected to produce as many kids as possible. The country will be aflame if any government try to enforce it.

I think the only way it can be enforced is it Nigeria is split into different country.

People should be able to see "the other side of the coin"; increasing population also mean that more farmers are born and more people can work in the agricultural sector, and the result is more food production

A country can have a very small population but cannot feed itself

A country can have a very large population and be food self-sufficiency and rely 100% on domestic food production to meet its food needs.

Only lazy and narrow minded leaders will think about limiting the number of births in the population instead of finding solutions to create more wealth and more food for every citizens. This type of leaders should receive Capital Punishment

African citizen really have issues, based on their Mentality, Chinese did it from 1980 81 to 2016 but India continue their policy till today, African are naturally breeder's, see our continent, how youth running away from hardship without any tangible contribution
