Censorship by Twitter has to do with the government sending a request to Twitter to take down a post or any content. It has nothing to do with suspending ones account for violation of Twitter rules.
It's censorship when it involves the government, religious bodies and any institution with authority. Do you understand now?

So Twitter or Instagram taking down your page for violating its rules is not censorship.
