Yes, i filled a consent form. When the person requested it for me, he downloaded the consent form and send to me, so i filled it, sign, scan and send it back to him.

Visa fee and Biometrics is $235 CAD, you don't need police report for your study permit, medicals is N46,500

That's not true. As a matter of fact, when i got refused, i ordered for my notes 4x from different websites. The free ATIP, 2 paid one, then somebody i met here on Nairaland helped me to order for it again from inside Canada which happens to be the one that came out at exactly 30days.

Yes, include it cos if you start hiding things, you've got to keep hiding it until you are tired of Canada. Any day they find out, hmmm

Please tax clearance certificate for 3years is now a requirement for FormA. How much does an individual pay for Tax for this 3years? At the Tax office i was charged 150k and 20k for processing. Someone should please confirm this so i can go ahead and make payment.

It depends the state where you reside, like Lagos for instance, i did mine for around 160k in June. Some states charges less than that.

You have to be patient, mine took almost 75days before i got it. I'll advise you to order fora paid one, so that whichever one that comes out first, you start working with it.

Go with your acceptance letter, international passport with the visa stamp on it, tuition fees receipt (if you have paid), medical results, POF.

Sorry about your refusal, please don't give up. Them say nah who give up, Bleep up. Kindly order for your notes to know the exact reasons why you were refused.

If you know you used agent for your application, approved or not order advanced gcsm note to know what the documents agent actually submitted. Some agents go as far as ignoring original documents submitted by the applicant, they even forge degree certificates. Many people won’t know until they apply for PR n get ban for misinterpretation. If you used agent go n order asap.

Pathethic, omo things dey happen sha. Reason why it's always advisable for one to be fully involved in his/her application, if you'll be using the service of a third party.

According to IRCC, you are expected to show a bank statements of 4months old, so if your resumption date is next month, i believe you ought to have done the needful before now, btw it's not just having the funds but, proper explanation of the source.

We got Generic Refusal Letter today shortly after BVL. This is the quoted reason

"• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable)."

Total funds needed for the TWO years MSc is 60,000 CAD equivalent to about 35Million at exchange rate of 580 Naira to 1 CAD.

We used spouse's Account with Opening Balance of 8M and closing of 16.5M and an Investment Certificate of 20M and Accompanying Reference letter to IRCC.

From the officer's response, what can we do better as we intend to RE-APPLY almost immediately.

Kindly order for your gcms notes to know the reason for your refusal.

You are not alone brother, i submitted on the 31st and nothing since then. Although, my resumption is in October.

Please who can help in admission ro Cambrian college. I try applying to the school and the site is taking me to ocas site. And they are requesting for official transcript. And also all the program am selecting are close even up till January 2025. Any agent that can help in securing admissions. I don't want to rely on NBCC alone because they are already taking long in repling applicant. This is one month now no admission yet I check the fee on Cambrian college on same course I apply to in NBCC is 2k difference. I think I can afford that.

NBCC is no longer accepting applications from Nigeria until 2025. As for Cambrian College, you cannot apply for admission directly, you need to use an agent for that, and you can find the list of agents from their website.
