Have been dealing with forgiveness issues for years, i have never had a problem with the word itself. I have a personal defination for forgiveness. To me forgiveness is merely the second of the apology equation.

Person A: ''am sorry''

Person B: ''i forgive you'' (or some variant)

In my mind own opinion, forgiveness is comething we are willing to give to someone who gives us a true and sincere aplology for what they've done. A sincere apology in my word is when someone looks directly in the eyes and say ''am sorry'', and then tells you exactly why they are sorry. And you feel their sincerity at the core of your being. Dats forgiveness to me. Forgiveness is also simply accepting, owning, and letting go with love.

Accepting: Exactly how it sounds, just realise what is done, is done, it happened for a reason.

Owning: Realising that it was merely law of attraction that played a part. If we had more self love, better people would have showed up in our lives.

Letting go: this is something we should do for those, who are proud, cowardly, or lacking the integrity to say sorry, when they know they should, or people that dont have the slighest idea, that they hurt us.

All these are my own concepts about forgiveness.

Whats your definition of forgiveness?

How often do you forgive?


Do you easily forgive, or you wait for the person to apolgise first?

When forgiving do you let go completely, or you stiil bear the grudge in your mind.

So many questions to reflect on.,

lets talk about forgiveness.
