ok lemme set the ball rolling.

My first date was quite awkward.,when we came down from the bike,.and was about going to the eatery, her foot wear got spoilt, and there was no cobbler around.

She then suggested i hold her hands,and we walk gently, so people wont really notice.

I did so tho..when we got to the eatey.,we sat down, i was a bit nervous.

We orderd for stuffs, and then we ate and talked.

Then she brought out her phone,and said that its having a problem, and i shud help her fix it,.since am a computer guru,,like i told her.

Hehehe na there date end oh,.i did all i could, buh the problem persisted..i really wanted to impress her, buh the phone had other plans for me.

Well she just took back the phone, and said i shud not bother myself much.she'd check somone else..i hesistated sha, and kept trying, buh had to give up. That phone sha.


And we continued our chats, ate our meal, and after that we said our goodbyes,. And i she escorted me to wnere i'd board a bike and go home.,

It actually went fine,.just that, that phone dissaponted me.

That was how my first date went, kinda funny and awkward

Well just for fun, i have been able to put together a list of double standards in relation to what men and women can get away with in the society.


Feel free to debate these and add more.

A divorced or single man is perceived as a loser, a single or divorced woman is seen as independent.

A woman can wear a man's cloth, jean trousers and the rest, but a man cannot wear even remotely revealing or feminine without being labelled gay.

An adult male still living with his parents is seen as a loser, while a woman still living with her parents is perceived as having strong family ties. Lol

A woman can join the army or work in a construction company, but a man who choose to be a hairdresser or nurse is seen as gay. Lol

A man on his own is feared and even seen as creepy or pedophile, but this isnt the case for a woman alone

An unnactractive woman can usually get dates, an unattractive man often cannot. Women control the dating world

Men are taught not to tallk about their feelings and have to bottle them up, while women are free to do the opposite.

Many men suffer domestic violence, but are still laughed at or treated with disbelief, if they do go to the police, or try to seek help.



I dont have women oh, and i believe in equality for all human beings.
