Hello, I need these converter, do you still have it?

Hi Mercedes Benz gurus, I need help for my C280 4MATIC 2006, my Windscreen Wipers doesn’t work all the time, sometimes it will start working when I turn Combination Switch to navigate left and Windscreen Washer doesn’t spray water, despite the fact that the water tank engine tested okay. Every other functions in the Combination Switch works perfectly well. I need help, I don’t know what is the issue.
