I blame the husband 100%. He is an unbelievably weak man. I have been married for 17 years and one thing my husband knows about me is that I cherish my privacy. If any one is coming to spend some time with us, he confirms whether it is ok first and lets them know they can only spend a limited period of time. He acknowledges the fact that familiarity does breed contempt because in the first 5 years of our marriage, I had a sister in law who lived with us permanently. It wasn't all roses. We are both strong willed ladies and had some verbal clashes. I put her in her place though. Since she left for good, my husband vowed never to allow anyone stay permanently with us. It encroaches on the couple's privacy and when they are in laws, they tend to stick their noses into things that do not concern them. My mother in law understands that I am a very private person. She also knows my husband will not tolerate her interfering in his home. Because of this, she does not cross her boundaries. I respect my mother in law for this and we get along. If the late woman's husband had been strong willed, things would not have degenerated to this level. |
They are expecting severance pay for hardly ever providing service. Ingrates. None of them should get a kobo. I use generators for a minimum of 23 hours a day. Fire the incompetent bunch! |
The day I stop using generators will be the happiest day ever for me. The cost of running them is too high. I hope this regime sees this through. Privatisation of the power sector is the only way forward. |
These judges make me ashamed to be a lawyer. Its terrible and there are a lot more ![]() |
Ejiné: Yeah, like that loser Kate Henshaw, who even after dissing Nigerian men and praising her whitey husband, still got divorced.Hating is an incurable disease! Kate Henshaw has a daughter. |
Such a cute baby. May love abound in their family life. |
Personally from experience, I know as a fact that over familiarity breeds contempt. In laws can come and visit and stay temporarily for short periods of time. There is nothing wrong with that.I have had a sister in law stay with me permanently before and trust me, it wasn't very smooth all the way. Thank God she finally left for good. Sometimes, when she tried to insinuate that it was her brother's house, I put her in her place. She eventually knew when to cut out the crap with me. I wasn't taking any of it at all. I don't want any in law staying permanently with me. This also applies to my own siblings, relations and parents. Everyone, simply visit and stay temporarily and eventually buzz off! ![]() |
Is Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen Scotland any good? My daughter wants to pursue an undergraduate Business course there. Does anyone here know anything about the School? |
