Carroll woulda been a more suitable fit for this game.
His power,strength and Aerial abilty woulda caused the french loads more problems. Also woulda held the play up much better.

C'mon Sheva and Ibra show em' how we do it at Milan.

Abeg His Physicality woulda caused Ramii and Mexes problems.
Wellbeck on the other hand was virtually anonymous

The problem with Di Natalie is not he hasn't done it enough times for Italy.

He has to start the next game because it's Ireland.
His pace and Movement would cause the slow Irish defence problems. Llorente is the type of physical battle they'll relish.

Kudos to Prandelli as I thought Italy would loose this game not because of our attacking talent but cuz our defense has been shocking of late.

As I always suspected Chiellini coming back would make a big difference and it did as his leadership and organisational skill are crucial in Defence.
Also De Rossi has a great game playing at centre back. Have to admit to being a lil bit skeptical.

Next Game is a "Must no loose" game. Loose that and Italy are almost certainly out.

Croatia are not as good as they once were plus their defence is suspect so Ireland should win that game.
Italy would be badly affected by the ongoing scandal so Ireland should get at least a draw from that game.
Spain are the strongest in the Group and therefore would be playing for a draw.
