Erriyon Knight just broke the 200M record, Noah Lyles, Sha’Carri Richardson (speed demon), Gabby Thomas, Sydney McLaughlin (400M). E pain me say Allyson Felix will not make it to the Olympics as she failed to qualify. She is one of my favorite all time..I expect to see the Jamaican contingent of Elaine Thompson-Herah and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce. Shelly has fallen off since the birth of her son.

Nah Mummy rocket hasn't fallen off. She simply was just taking it slowly and gently evidenced by the fact She posted the second fastest ever 100M time ever in addition to Her going under 22seconds in the 200M for the first time in Her career. Sha'Carri is the only one that has a chance of stopping a Jamaican clean sweep of the 100M podium. Shericka the third Jamaican is looking nice as well. However It's the exact opposite with the Men. The jamaicans are currently going through a rough patch with Bolt's retirement and Blake turning to sh$#e since He left Coach Mills.

Ahhhh So I'm not the only one that likes Allyson Felix (she and Nia were two of my earliest Display pictures on NL. Ask A40). Being following Her career since the 2002 world juniors. Her and Jeremy Wariner were my two favourite Team US track athletes going into the Athens Olympics. Btw whilst She failed to qualify for the 200M, she is on the 400M roster and tbh the 400M is Her best shot of medalling at this Olympics especially with Shaunae Miller deciding to forego the 400M in favour of the 200M(foolish imo). Sadly Her 200M times which She affectionately calls Her baby are no longer competitive these days.

Absolutely. It all came down to who scored first. Had the portugese scored first, they would have done likewise. As I told folks yesterday during the Italy vs Austria match, these folks are here to win not to entertain us. If given the choice of England boring me to death but coming away with the W on Tuesday, I'd bite your hands off.

It does increase however what the other team has to do is sit back, ride their luck and get a goal against the run of play and you are out. That's the beauty of knockout football.

I do remember Italy playing badly in recent times. They failed to qualify for the last Euro or World Cup or so.

But Mancini doesn’t look like taking them to win championships. That’s all I’m saying. Italy had an easy group and Austria is not a top top team. I expect Italy to be playing better than they are at the moment.

Winning was not the Aim going into this tournament though infact no one had us anywhere near the favourites going into this championship. We simply performed better than everyone expected in the group stages and then suddenly everyone had us amongst the favourites.

Water off the duck's back should be the Hawks motto as far as this game is concerned. Blow out happens regularly and as I have said all along, it's how you finish not how you start.

A bit of both. Bucks came out of the gate all guns blazing and the Hawks have been pretty atrocious this half. However no lead is safe with this bucks team so the second half could get quite interesting if the Hawks manage to bite well into that deficit.

Big shout out the James Jones, the General Manager of the Suns. He has transitioned from being a player to the General Manager of the year in only his 3rd season and has his team playing in the conference final. He has done an exceptional job in constructing this Suns roster which has helped Monty play and coach the way he wants.

We have seen many Caucasian coaches get recycled even after terrible seasons as head coaches. Look at the bench of the remaining 4 teams in the finals and you will see a lot of assistant coaches who had head coaching gigs previously.

Nothing against that but I would love to see Mark Jackson get another chance in coaching because I know he wants to coach again. I understand his personal/ religious principles has been a stumbling block but I hope he gets another shot. When he was coach of the Warriors there were stories of how he had Curry and others attend his church and some other religious activities that did not sit well with other players and members of the organization.

I knew I was missing someone out. Massive Shout out to James Jones. The way He has turned around that flailing organisation has been a sight to behold. From my point of view, the more the merrier. There is plenty of room for all of us at the top.

The constant recycling of Caucasian mediocrity at the Top of coaching food chain is one of the reasons I don't get mad when a Black coach under performs. I mean the NFL,NBA and Heck the MLB is littered with thousands of them so why get mad when it happens to a black coach?

It's also a reason why I love the current crop of NFL black QBs. Now when a Highly talented Black QB comes on the scene now, I start comparing them to the likes of Mahomes, Deshaun,Kyler, Russell and Heck even Dak. You can't be comparing Trevor Lawerence to Peyton and Luck and expect me to have a mediocre Black QB as Justin Field's Player comparison. Simply not happening.

Lloyd Pierce was certainly not the right man for this job but hopefully He gets another crack at a Head Coach Job. If Mediocre coaches like Luke Walton stay getting jobs then I see no reason why Lloyd shouldn't get another gig.

Absolutely. How Nash got that job, I'd never know. And that's With all due respect to Nash. I don't think anyone is more happy than I am seeing the success of Black head coaches this season. Highly inspirational. Just waiting for the NFL to catch up now.

Nobody has been paying attention to Hawks. I expected the Trae train to take another year to arrive, but they have superior coaching that has sped them up. They now have toughness and can play stretched of good D.

I hope all the openings means mark jackson gets another shot. I would like to see Cassell too. Former NBA point guards make for very good coaches

Nobody was paying attention because the Head coach before Nate took over was a dud. Not only Is He a million times better, He also would have won the Coach of the year award had He taken over much earlier. To put everything into context, He is having to make do without His best Perimeter defender(also a Knockdown Shooter)this playoff.

Chauncey Billups is who I'd like to see given a Head coach job. High IQ on and off the court. Whenever you hear Him speak, you can literally hear His High intelligence shine through. A good student of the game.

Trae Trae. This should be a wake-up call for the Bucks or else they will learn the same way the Sixers did. Trae should not destroy your team this badly on a night that he shot poorly from deep. Khris should be better and the Bucks need to hire Rick Carlisle even if Bud (by some chance) wins this series.

I don yab Bud tire that I am currently on siddon dey look mode . Exchange Him with any of the coaches left and they win this series in 5. I actually can't believe some Analysts have them down as Title favourites. Budenholzer alone cancels out any perceived advantage you think they might have.

As for Khris, that's just who He is. He is very inconsistent. He always has like 2 games per series where He is a## and then plays like Khash Money for the remainder.
