Ecobank no go learn na.... Other banks dey progress,, dem still dey behind.
Ecobank has also been innovative in their own way in the banking industry. There's this Ecobankpay QR merchant code which makes payment very easy across the three major payment platforms. There's also Rapidtransfer that enable those in diaspora send money to Nigeria from any part of the world. I don't think Ecobank is behind when you talk of innovative banking services
Business / Re: Tantalizers Pursues Expansion, Opens New Outlet In Ikare Akoko by chiford: 10:34am On May 16, 2018
Tantalizers is the only Quick Service Restaurant that customers matters to most and i'm glad they have expanded to Ikare.
Tunukeobi:

Tantalizers, one of the leading brands in the nation’s Quick Service Restaurant sector, says its expansion program is fully on course as many towns in the country have been identified for new restaurant locations soon.
In pursuance of this business resolve, Tantalizers has opened a new outlet in Ikare Akoko, Ondo State, bringing the brand’s number of outlets to over 60 across the country.

While speaking during the official opening of the new outlet located within the Forte Oil Filling Station Complex along Ikare-Arigidi-Akoko road, Deputy Managing Director of Tantalizers Plc, Mr. Gbolahan Labinjo, encouraged Nigerians to be a part of the brand’s growing franchise program.

He said the new outlet was opened in response to the desires of consumers in Ikare Akoko and environs for a qualitative QSR outlet that would serve and excite consumers in the entire Akoko area of Ondo state including Akungba, Oba and Arigidi.

Mr. Labinjo further stated that the new outlet would offer all Tantalizers product offerings including popular local favourites.
Tantalizers, a wholly indigenous QSR company is the only quoted company in its category on the Nigerian Stock Exchange and presently has over 60 outlets in the country.

The QSR is a one-stop restaurant brand that offers a wide variety of products and services including ‘local favourites’ which are the meals of the locality where each restaurant is located.

Celebrities / P-square Break-up Was Bound To Happen –vtek by chiford: 1:17pm On May 13, 2016
Victor Tareware popularly known as V-tek was is a songwriter and music producer who was the unseen hand behind some of the popular hit-tracks of P-Square. After almost four years working with the celebrated music twins, V-tek took The Premier’s Bolatito Adebola on a journey into the odyssey that snowballed into the crisis that tore the twin brothers apart.

People say you are the genesis of their current break-up?
To be completely honest, there is a way you can say that it is true. From the beginning, the P-Square is like Paul singing and Peter dancing. Along the line, I showed up and then Peter started singing, there were sessions where Paul wasn’t around and Peter was around and I tell Peter that we should do it and he says we should wait for Paul but I would insist we can do it and we recorded and they were great sounds. Later, when he took it to the others, Paul wasn’t comfortable with it because he believes he is the singer and should be him who sings. But I didn’t see it that way.

That means Peter is limited to dancing and Paul is a better singer?
I think they just created it out of their own mind that way. For me I don’t think it should be like that because it was Peter who did ‘Eje Ajo’ and it was okay. I did the writing and it was Peter who did the lead in it. Though, Paul didn’t want it.

nkpommpko:
I have been in Ecobank Abuja jabi branch since morning, and they tell me no network , I can't use my withdrawal booklet when you post the money can't get tothe receiver, and all the are doing is jisting with themselves and collecting money from people and pilling the money.
There is no remorse and people are stranded. They are telling us to leave the banking hall.
No remorse, no explanation, not even a chair to sit down. One just stepped out to eat mama put, as she put it.

The
The masses are really suffering.
Some here needs money, because he needs to pay for hospital bill before his wife is operated on, if she dies, who takes the fall.
Please I Beg this well meaning government should look into the kind of treatment meted on the poor masses, the times are hard we can't take this any longer. What's your experience where you are, who is going to pay for this. Its time to start dragging this banks to court.
Business / Re: In Which Bank Do Customers Waste Time Everyday? (photo) by chiford: 12:10pm On Mar 09, 2016
I don't think that you are right because Ecobank has overhauled it's Customer service desk with the creation of an Ombudsman unit (01-2260450). You can report all issues relating to customer service dissatisfaction and the bank will rectify almost immediately. It is a good sign that the Bank is neither passive or arrogant.
Eddodoh:
U Guyz missed it!

They are ECOBANK & STANBIC IBTC

Bad service delivery!
No empathy for customers!

ECOBANK has a trend of poor customer service right from when it was OCEANIC BANK. STANBIC seem to be a recent development.

GTB maintain moderate customer service where U see senior executives upstairs gesticulate to Tellers to be fast & May come down to assist in reducing queue.
