I once met a Policeman at a supermarket who informed me while commending the Police authority on the way he was neatly dressed, that he purchased his uniform with his own money, Mbu will therefore be his known wicked self to be arresting those Policemen.

He is arresting them for special purposes. Why didn't he arrest Policemen in Potrharcourt and Abuja
