Pap is fermented unlike custard. And fermented foods re advantageous to our body system. As a food processor, we would always advice you eat natural foods and prevent consuming processed food as much as u can. Though one cant do without processed food, but when a case like urs now is presented, go for the pap and supplement it with milk etc. |
