Hi Everyone, i need assistance. i am travelling from ghana to canada transiting at Frankfurt and Brussels, Do i need a transit visa. i learnt i dont need it at frankfurt, and brusels but since i will be doing the two stops at the same time and they are all Schengen i want to confirm first

Same thing happened to me. I submitted my passport via DHL , I didn’t get any confirmation that they have received it. After one week, I checked my portal and saw my letter of introduction. The next day I went to Vfs to collect my passport without any evidence to prove that it was ready. The person in charge asked me for the confirmation email I told him I didn’t get but that I already saw my introduction letter on my portal which means my passport has been stamped. Then he used my name and DOB to search for my passport and found it. Pls tell your wife to go there and ask them for it. It should be ready.

They actually made a mistake on the mail and she went in to correct it, the confirmation message came to the corrected mail later. but the when you track, the feedback is that it has been submitted to ircc for processing since november 15th 2023.

Do you received message when you first submitted thier passport? If yes I will say you should give them a little time because I was thinking maybe they didn't write their email correctly or they didn't see it well.

My wife and kids got ppr for SOWP and Visit visa and submitted their passport on the 15th november for stamping , up till now they have not gotten feedback to pick up their passport, what might be wrong ?. i need assistance as i have already booked their tickets for december 4th
