radautoworks: no. New transactions should be subject to the same scrutiny as they always are. Existing ones should have payments suspended or pardoned for now and no interest for this period. That's what is being done elsewhere. In fact most bills are suspended elsewhere but that's not really feasible in Nigeria Loan my brother took, millions of naira was repaid pronto two days ago again he was offered even higher amount to borrow. Aunty, Banks are not smiling. |

Felicity0001: What then do you suggest the young man do? Proper solution or give suggestions rather than giving the subject a false hope.
The government is doing her best to curb the spread of the deadly disease by asking her citizen to seat at home what makes you feel an employer of labour or a banking Institute can't be sued for charging his employee/debtor to go against the government's orders??
Like peeps4u rightly resounded it, neither gloves nor facemasks can either protect one 100%.
Even self, the street is empty, no request Coming in at all. Riders are even more careful and more informed becuase 95% riders have this notion drivers are illiterates and dont want to associate with them this period.
Its only bolt that's having little or few request coming in this period and at the end of the day you'd noticed going out doesnt even worth it apart from the free road.
I know its difficult sitting at home even when you dint have money to feed but lets all try as citizen to play our own part to help the spread of this disease as we also pray for God's mercy to make it end than expected.
God bless us all I gave myself suggestion already. Maybe you skipped it. The other remark was a rhetorical question, open for discussion |

Godstime234: what if he refuses to give me d car back after everything had settled. what if my 100k Do you have a “force majeure” clause in your contract? Assuming it’s there, simply go and drop the car and wait till government suspends curfew. Nothing will happen to your 100k. If your partner decides not to continue thereafter you have every right to collect your 100k back. |

Gentlelife50: Me and my guy ordered for a bolt ride from ijora to costain, because of the traffic the driver arrived late. He was just angry shouting at us that his fuel have finished because of the traffic bla bla, we were like guy calm down it's not our fault naa.
He started trip but didn't turn on the AC, we begged him he to put on the AC that the heat and smoke is too much. He said he doesn't have fuel again unless we are ready to push car that we are not even going far and we disturbing him for AC, at this point I had to change am for am ooo. Dude even hanged his phone and I was trying let him know the implications (like somebody taking the phone since there is traffic and his windows are down) he said he have been hanging it like that since and nothing have happened, I kuku keep quite. His map was on but this olodo driver couldn't read the map I was the one that was directing and teaching him how to use the map that was when he now calm down, I even showed him how to know the destination while accepting request when he got another request while still on our trip. According to him he accepts and completes all requests, for this kyn Lagos? Na waoo. Why won't he misbehave and fight riders?
I later advised him to pack when their is traffic that it doesn't worth it or he selects the rides he will go for, he thanked me very well at the end.
I know the driver is here but I won't mention his name, all these AC consumes fuel drivers. Lol. when did this happen? If I was still driving, I won’t turn AC on for any rider. LASG travel advisory during this corona period and Uber self care says windows should be open at all times. Even BRTs are not using ACs right now. Stay woke guys. |
