Ooh wow this is new, because I have been using this platform for a long while now. Tingg.com.ng is even the safest I have used so far, the transactions have been quiet seamless. I even used it to transfer up to #150,000 today sef. I have also been using it to disburse cash to my workers as a route to avoid all these bank charges, and I have never been charged for all these transactions.
DBlackCeazer:
Hello Nairalanders, on the 20th of February which was a Monday, I ran out of phcn units. Going through nairaland, I saw an ad of what was supposed to be a free and convenient way of paying bills, Tingg.com.ng aka Cellulant . I immediately pulled my card to fund my wallet after opening one. First off, I was charged a certain percentage to make a deposit, I also didn't get the value I deposited in the wallet. I had to make several calls to their unprofessional customer care before my wallet was eventually funded. I was relieved, it got to the part I had to buy the unit, and there was an error. I also tried withdrawing the money to my bank account without success. I put a call through to them again and was told they ve an unresolved issue which they won't be fixing soon. My question is why let people make deposits when they can't get their money out.
Relevant authorities should pls look into this.
Thanks.
Adverts / Re: HELP!!: How Do I Pay And Advertize On nairaland? by Chimel1960: 12:26pm On Feb 13, 2017
I am also having the same issue, Seun said that their email services is down but it has been 7days since i made payment and heard this story. Seun please how can you be contacted by mobile? when will you put my Ads up ?

EmployMeNg:
Hello All!!

We are trying to use the advert services on Nairaland.

We've designed the ads (using a good graphic designer), Met the specification but the status is 'pending' since yesterday.
The 'pending' is it for not having advertizing credit?

That brings to the second question; How do we pay and or get advertizing credits?

Please do need a response or direction to a proper channel

Thanks

Hi Seun, so this is the first time I am attempting to create a Nairaland Ad and its totally confusing although I have read the rules and regulations and all. So when I was looking at the estimated advert rates, I assumed that one can advertise for just one day? Does it have to be weekly, because I my client opted for one day in the Front page, does it have to be a week? We want Front Page but we can only afford the ad running for a day, these things are quite confusing. One more thing I have sent a message to Moderators but no response, itsn't there a direct line to contact or something, I read a thread that one just has to mention Seun, and you will get a response so I am here mentioning Seun and praying for a response. You really should create an automated whatever for adverts, leave a mail or something. Anyway, expecting a response soon. Thanks

Did Seun get back to you?I am also here mentioning Seun hoping he credits my account

A frnd had same probs with his boss oweing him and most of his colleagues 4months salary in a architectural firm owned by Sen. Ben Bruce Murray's Nephew(I think that family derieve joy in treating their workers like shit) . He had to quit recently and left it to God. I think its better not pursue it and leave it in God's hands cause thats another waste of time and money.. Till Nigeria provides a law that has interest of workers @ heart, all these rubbish wont stop... It is because of leaving it to God that this country

is the way it is, the poor keeps being victimized and told that there is nothing they can do.

Taiw, since he has gotten a new job he should forget the money cause that his former aint thining of coughing out his money @ all
Business / Re: My Frustration With Kaymu.com.ng by Chimel1960: 5:17pm On Jul 28, 2015

It was on May, somebody called me from Kaymu that he saw my ads on and that he wanted me to join Kaymu with the promise that kaymu is better than olx. I said ok, so how can I join. He said I should send my email address he will create the account for me. This is was how i joined kaymu platform as a seller.

Problem started when a buyer ordered one of my product in Lagos. I stay in Abuja. I went to drop the item in kaymu's office in Zone 7, Abuja with the promise that they will deliver the product in 3-6 days - so I was told by one of their representative. I dropped the item and left. The following day I called to find out if the item has left Abuja, but was told their driver refused to pick any item that day. I said ok.

After about 8 days(which was longer than their delivery period) my buyer said he received a call from kaymu. The rider said he was from Jumia and that he wants to deliver a FAN. My buyer said she didnt order a FAN from Jumia, but it was a Needak Rebounder that she ordered from kaymu. After about 3 attempts by my buyer to reach AIG Express (kaymu logistics partner) it prove abortive because each time my buyer went to their office, she would be told they are out for delivery. My buyer was very angry so she had to reject the product.

Since my buyer rejected the product, kaymu was meant to return back the product to me. But to my utmost dismay the product was later returned with a DIFFERENT PRODUCT with my INVOICE INSIDE. This is 3 weeks now as i am writing this.

I have been calling kaymu customer care but nothing has been done to resolve this issue. Whenever I called i would be told to call this person and that person, and sometimes they would say they are working on it and that they would get back to me. I am frustrated now with kaymu.

Kaymu.com.ng have very very poor delivery system and VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE

I hope this reach the management of the so called kaymu. I also hope they will improve their service and return my product.

I feel your pain and i think you should take this up with your store manager or the person that introduced you to kaymu. I was also introduced to Kaymu through a phone call and i have been selling my products.I also had a similar issue sometime but it was sorted and the misunderstanding was between the delivery company and the buyer
